Pepper Palace Sweet But Sinister Wings

First came Sweet but Sassy wings. And they were good. Oh so good. That got me thinking that I needed some Pepper Palace Sweet But Sinister wings next. Needed. Wanted. Craved. So I made them. And they were good too. Oh so good. Like their sassy cousin, they’re slightly sweet. Unlike their sassy cousin, they’re hotter. In a really good way kinda hot. If you’re looking for a kicked up sweet wing sauce, this is it.

Pepper Palace Sweet But Sinister Wings

Pepper Palace Sweet but Sinister wings sauce is just the right consistency to stick to your wings. No sauce lake at the bottom of your plate here. Nope. It’s on the wings and it’s there to stay, bite after bite. Well, after you pick them up it’s on your fingers too. Don’t be sad after you take that last bite of your wings, there’s still some finger lickin’ to be had. You’ll want to enjoy every last drop of this sauce.

Pretty Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Wings

This right here is why I just love eating wings. There are so many flavors, so many sauces, seasonings, cooking techniques… and each is fantastic. Pretty Thai Sweet Chili sauce wings are wonderfully delicious. They have an absolutely fantastic flavor. Slightly sweet, with a minimal touch heat and a hint of garlic and vinegar, this is downright tasty sauce. This sauce is ‘very clean’, with only a few ingredients and all of them natural. It might seem a little thin at first, but it’s actually just the right consistency for wings or anything else.

Pretty Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Wings

Pretty Thai Sweet Chili sauce wings are reminiscent of Thai BBQ sauced-wings. This sauce would be great on pot stickers, dipping egg rolls, or in a stir fry. But it’s truly outstanding on wings. Sometimes it’s nice to have a break from hot, Buffalo-style wings.

The Pretty Thai brand has a number of fantastic sauces, and they’re great on more than wings. Try them all!

Kinder’s Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ahhhhh. There’s just something so satisfying about the combination of roasted garlic and Parmesan. Put the two in a creamy sauce and you’ve got the perfect topping for perfectly-cooked, crispy wings. Kinder’s Garlic Parmesan wings hit the spot and are a great change from classic Buffalo wing flavors.

Kinder's Garlic Parmesan Wings

Kinder’s Garlic Parmesan wings sauce goes on thick, but it kinda ‘melts’ when it hits hot wings. The flavors get everywhere, in every bite. It’s not gloppy or too thick, not at all. Take a gander at the wings in the picture above. Man, were they ever delicious! This isn’t a salad dressing. It’s a wing sauce!

I also love the garlic parmesan wing sauce from Legend Larry’s.

Fricker’s Frickin’ Kicker Wings

If a restaurant sells it’s own bottled wing sauces, I’m there. You don’t have to tell me twice. You’re standing behind what you make when you also go thru the trouble and expense of bottling it. We were at a Fricker’s the other day, and yep, that meant I had to have some wings and grab some sauce to go. This time I got Fricker’s Frickin’ Kicker wings sauce. Yep, you can guess from the name that there’s gonna be some heat in this sauce, and there was. This is a great, classic Buffalo wing sauce. No fancy modifications to the original, just great vinegar and spices. Perfectly spicy on some wings at the restaurant or wings made at home.

Fricker's Frickin' Kicker Wings

If you head over to Fricker’s web site you can order some Fricker’s Frickin’ Kicker wings sauce too. Their sauces are very reasonably priced. They currently sell four varieties online, but if you head to a restaurant they’re more than happy to make any sauce you want off the menu ‘to go’. The sauces come in Mason jars and are made fresh, right then and there. It’s awesome!

Lillie’s Q Buffalo Wings

Vinegar (the quality stuff). Butter (the real stuff). Cayenne (the spicy stuff). Combined they make for a delicious wing sauce. Lillie’s Q Buffalo wing sauce is just that. Just the right consistency to stick to your wings without being, well, gloppy. And not so thin that none of the sauce sticks to the wings. What would be the point of that?

Lillie's Q Buffalo Wings

I will point out that even though the bottle of Lillie’s Q Buffalo wings sauce don’t specifically state ‘hot’ on it, this is a pretty spicy sauce. Not like screaming hot, but you’re gonna feel it. It’s a very flavorful sauce, and I’d expect a little kick from just about any Buffalo sauce. Just letting you know!

There’s also a hotter version of this sauce for those that really want some heat!

Guy Fieri’s Parmesan Garlic Wings

Let me start by saying I’ve had a hard time finding Guy Fieri’s Parmesan Garlic wings sauce online. So, I am not sure it’s still available, at least for online purchasing. I am still able to find it in my favorite grocery store, and as long as I can get it, I will. That’s because I absolutely love this wing sauce. It’s almost like a salad dressing. It seems a bit thin at first. But it’s so loaded with nice chunks of garlic and parmesan that it looks amazingly good on wings. I wanted to dive in for that first bite as soon as I could. I was rewarded with tasty goodness!

Guy Fieri's Parmesan Garlic Wings

I really liked the taste of Guy Fieri’s Parmesan Garlic wings sauce. Some similar sauces I’ve tried are too thick. Or so garlicky that I have to go hunting for the parmesan. Not this sauce. It has the perfect balance. I sure hope they are still making this sauce because it’s one of my favorites!

And yes, actually, it is great on a salad. It really is.

Kinder’s Fire Roasted Jalapeno Wings

There for a minute I thought I was eating smoked chicken wings. I double checked, and nope, my air fryer wasn’t belching smoke… Ah ha! The great smoky flavor was coming from these Kinder’s Fire Roasted Jalapeno wings! Man, what a great sauce this is! I love roasted peppers, specially jalapeno. A little spicy heat and a little smoke is great on wings. There’s a slight hint of garlic and lime. These made me think ‘southwestern’ when I devoured them. And it made me think ‘buy more of this sauce’.

Kinder's Fire Roasted Jalapeno Wings

Kinder’s Fire Roasted Jalapeno wings are definitely finger-licking good. You don’t have to go crazy with the sauce, either. It packs great flavor in just a little. Which means you’ll have plenty of sauce for other dishes, like squeezing over burritos, tacos.. or dipping nuggets. It’s also great on a grilled chicken sandwich. Anything that needs a little heat (not too much) and southwestern-inspired flavors, grab this sauce and get to it!

Frank’s RedHot Hot Buffalo Wings

Feel that tingle. Feel that burn. Taste those classic flavors. Some spice. Butter flavor. Garlic. Vinegar. Everything you need is here. Frank’s RedHot Hot Buffalo Wings are super addicting. I was in the hurry for lunch, but not in too big of a hurry that I couldn’t cook up some wings in the air fryer for a bit then toss them in this sauce. A little ranch (or blue cheese to keep it traditional) on the side to cool me down, and I’m one happy guy.

Frank’s RedHot Hot Buffalo Wings

There are milder versions of Buffalo sauce, but I find myself coming back to Frank’s RedHot hot Buffalo wings sauce again and again. It has just the right amount of heat for me when I’m searching for a wing with a nice kick to it. I could sit down to a bucket of these wings, some football and a cold adult beverage and be one happy guy for a long, long time.

Fricker’s BBQ Wings

I was cruisin’ down I-70 near Springfield, Ohio, when the lunch time hungers started to hit. I took a quick glance at the map (which is always set to show nearby wing restaurants) and saw a Fricker’s. Since I’ve never been to one, I figured well heck, now’s the time! So I went on in, grabbed a seat, and ordered some wings. Long story short, I left the place full and with a sack full of Fricker’s wing sauces. That way I could enjoy the same flavors at home, starting with Fricker’s BBQ wings.

Fricker's BBQ Wings

Fricker’s BBQ wings have a slight smoky flavor with just a hint of heat. It’s a thinner tomato-based sauce with a slight sweetness to it. At first I thought it was pretty much your standard BBQ-like sauce. But it really grew on me. A lot. And now I wish I’d bought more.

The sauce comes in glass bottles (yes!) and they have 4 of their signature flavors available online and in the stores. You can get any of their sauces in the restaurant to go, too. They’ll make them up for you fresh and package them in Mason jars. They’re very reasonably priced. And hey, you get a Mason jar to boot!

Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime Dry Wings

The first bite of my Wing Master Mango chile-lime dry wings made me think I was enjoying a big bucket of wings on the beach. Fantastic tropically-inspired flavors made bite-after-bite deliciousness. A hint of fruitiness. A little citrusy lime. And just the right amount of heat. These are great wings with great seasoning.

Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime Dry Wings

I wasn’t shy with the seasoning when I made some Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime dry wings. As soon as the wings were cooked (in an air fryer in this case), I transferred them to a bowl and give them a few good shakes of seasoning while tossing gently. I found the flavors to be wonderfully different. I’m inspired now to find more tropical-like wing flavors!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little sauce dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!
