Plucker’s Spicy Mandarin Wings

Now this is different. Take a bite of Plucker’s Spicy Mandarin wing sauce and you’ll instantly taste orange and soy sauce. Not overwhelming flavors, but you won’t go hunting for them, that’s for sure. This is a nice change from the sweet chili or teriyaki sauce Asian-inspired wing sauces you usually find. Not that there’s anything wrong with those.

Plucker's Spicy Mandarin Wings

Decidedly Different. And Delicious.

I picked up eighteen different bottles of wing sauce from Plucker’s. It’s a wing restaurant based out of Austin, Texas. Every single sauce, like Plucker’s spicy mandarin wing sauce, has been fantastic. So many different exciting flavors in bottle after bottle. And it’s all quality stuff, too! I’d better get to making more wings!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Also try Plucker’s Teriykai wings! They’re great too!

Plucker’s Medium Buffalo Wings

If you’re not a fan of Buffalo wing sauce, then I recommend you give it a second chance and try Plucker’s medium Buffalo wing sauce. If you are a fan, then this sauce is a must-taste-and-soon. This is what great Buffalo wings are about. It has the perfect balance between vinegar and spice. It’s not spicy (to me), but it does have a slight kick (according to my heat-fearing wife). The flavor is perfect. I could eat wings covered in this sauce all day long.

Plucker's Medium Buffalo Wings

And Outstanding Buffalo Sauce

I try to avoid saying something is the ‘best I’ve ever had’, because sure enough, something seems to come along that might be a little better. I’m crazy close to saying that Plucker’s medium Buffalo wings sauce is the best medium Buffalo wing sauce I’ve ever had. I think Plucker’s hit it out of the park on this one, as they do on many of their sauces. This is a star.

Plucker’s Jamango Jerk Wings

What an enjoyable experience it is, sitting down to a big ole batch of wings covered in Plucker’s Jamango Jerk wing sauce. Kind of like a Caribbean BBQ sauce. You get mild mango flavor, a little heat, and just the right amount of jerk seasoning flavor. That’s important for me because jerk seasoning, when applied heavily, can be a bit much because of the allspice. This sauce has just the perfect amount.

Plucker's Jamango Jerk Wings

A Great Balance Of Island Flavors

Plucker’s Jamango Jerk wing sauce is another one of my top favorite sauces. But it’s not just for wings, that’s for sure. It’s fantastic slathered on grilled chicken. And absolutely great on smoked ribs. Anywhere you normally might use a store-bought BBQ sauce, use this wing sauce instead.

Remember that if you refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Plucker’s Fire in the Hole Wings

You know Plucker’s Fire in the Hole wing sauce is guaranteed to be spicy. Plucker’s backed up the name with great flavors too. Yeah, it’s got great heat. A lot of it, too. I do mean a lot. A whole heck of a lot of heat. But it’s also one super-flavorful sauce. There’s nothing worse than a spicy sauce that’s nothing but kick and no flavor.

Plucker's Fire in the Hole Wings

Lots and Lots of Great Heat

If you like hot wings, I highly recommend Plucker’s Fire in the Hole wing sauce. And, according to their website, if you eat 25 wings covered in the sauce while at their restaurant you’ll get your picture on their wall of fame. I just had 6 wings and it was good but made me sweat. Not sure I could eat 25!

Plucker’s Hot Buffalo Wings

It’s from Plucker’s, so I knew this sauce would be amazing. And the bottle does say ‘hot’ on it, so I knew this sauce would be spicy. The key to a great wing sauce is to balance the spicy with flavor, and this hot Buffalo wing sauce does that perfectly. Yeah, it brings some heat, but it tastes so good and that’s critical. No one wants a crazy hot sauce that doesn’t taste great. This one does.

Plucker's Hot Buffalo Wings

Spicy But Not Crazy Hot

Even if you’re not really into super spicy wing sauces, I think you’ll like Plucker’s hot Buffalo wing sauce. Sure, it has a kick. But if you go light on it, I think you’ll love your wings. Hey, do like I did and have some cool Ranch or blue cheese dressing on hand if necessary.

The Fresh Thyme Wild Buffalo wing sauce is no exception. This sauce is a nice, mellow Buffalo sauce. It’s a mix of great traditional Buffalo wing sauce flavor with a few twists.

Plucker’s Hallelujah Wings

Hallelujah is right! You’ll be praising this wing sauce from Plucker’s just like I did as soon as I took my first taste. It’s not fancy, but oh is it ever a great combination of Sriracha and BBQ sauce. A little heat, and a little Asian-inspiration, and a little smoke all in a nice tomato-based sauce make for finger-lickingly good wings. Plucker’s Hallelujah wings are fantastic!

Plucker's Hallelujah Wings

Hallelujah Is Right

Plucker’s Hallelujah wing sauce is also great on grill ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. Don’t be shy with it. And don’t worry about it running off your food either. It has the right consistency. It sticks just right no matter what you put it on. No sauce lakes on your plate from this sauce, that’s for sure!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Palace Sauce Lemon Pepper Wings

I am not one to click on ads on social media. Like most people, I scroll on, never even noticing. Except this time. I saw an ad for new (to me) wing sauces from a place called the Wing Palace out of Jacksonville, FL. The sauces looked absolutely yummy in the pics. I had to. So I did. I ordered two bottles of each of their flavors. Once they arrived I quickly made a batch of wings and tossed them with the lemon pepper wing sauce. My oh my oh my goodness me! What a great wing sauce! Not too lemony, not too peppery, but spot-on great! Think Buffalo wing sauce consistency, with that underlying butter flavor.

Palace Sauce Lemon Pepper Wings

A Fantastic Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce

Man, look at those wings and lemon pepper wing sauce. Yeah, they were good. Really good. I should hang a picture of those wings in my living room. Above the fireplace. They deserve to be seen as much as devoured!

Pick up some Palace sauces. You’ll never regret it. Their spicy garlic wing sauce is also amazing.

Pepper Palace Wing Master Garlic Parmesan Wings

Whenever my wife and I are in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee, area we always make it a point to swing by a Pepper Palace store. They have several stores in the area, including a new one in Sevierville in an area called The Island. The store, as always, was busy, with people everywhere enjoying samples of the hot sauces and salsas, from the hot to the mild. Me, I headed straight to the wing sauces and in particular, Pepper Palace’s own line of Wing Master sauces, including this Garlic Parmesan wing sauce.

You can cook these wings any way you like, on whatever you prefer. As soon as we returned from our trip I threw a few seasoned wings onto my Weber Performer grill outfitted with the Vortex insert. When the wings were done I tossed them with the Garlic Parmesan sauce and dug in. The sauce is mellow, cheesy, and definitely garlicky. Not overwhelmingly garlicky, but really good. There’s a slight wing sauce kick, but again, not overwhelming. It’s a very enjoyable sauce, and a favorite around our house. I definitely wish that I’d picked up a few more bottles!

Pepper Palace Wing Master Garlic Parmesan Wings

One Of Many Great Sauces

Pepper Palace has a wide range of sauces, from the extremely hot to the nice and mellow. The Garlic Parmesan wing sauce is nice and mellow with not a lot of heat. It’s packed with garlic flavor. And parmesan. There’s no skimping on ingredients going on here, that’s for sure.

I seasoned the Pepper Palace Wing Master Garlic Parmesan wings with your standard Ranch dressing seasoning mix, which complimented the sauce flavors perfectly.

You can order Pepper Palace’s sauces online but if it is well worth stopping in at one of their many stores

Palace Sauce Torch Wings

Whew. Spicy. This here is some spicy wing sauce for sure. They weren’t a kiddin’ around at the Wing Palace (home of Palace Sauces) when they named it, that’s for sure. Like all the other Palace Sauces, Palace Sauce Torch wing sauce has the right consistency, the right flavor. And in this case, a lot of heat.

Palace Sauce Torch Wings

Look at that steam coming off them hot-out-of-an-air-fryer wings! Half that is from the sauce, because it’s SPICY!

Gone?! Tell Me It’s Not True!

I read that Palace Sauce Torch wing sauce has been discontinued. Well, that’s sad news for sure! But I bet if enough of us get together and drop them a line, they’ll bring it back!

And it’s definitely garlicky. It’s finger-licking fantastic. I’m starting to think that the Wing Palace could also sell their wing sauces as drinks, because I’m always tempted to just drink them they’re sooooo good!

Palace Sauce Spicy Garlic Wings

Yep. Spicy. And Garlicky.

As a big lover of all wing sauces, sweet, savory or spicy, I could not have been happier with the Palace Sauce Spicy Garlic wings. And I can see using this sauce on a lot more than wings. It’d be great on grilled burgers or pork chops.
