There are a good number of garlic Parmesan wing sauces on the market. I knew that the one from Legend Larry’s would stand above the crowd. All of their wing sauces do. This sauce is just the right consistency. With just the right balance of garlic and Parmesan, with a hint of black pepper. It’s herbaceous, not wimpy.

Legend Larry's Garlic Parmesan Wings

Legend Larry’s garlic Parmesan wings sauce hit the spot on my wings. But with that first bite I knew it’d also be great on more. I could definitely see using it on a salad as dressing. Or on pasta. Or as a chicken marinade. It’s got the right flavor and can be used on a lot of dishes, but it really shines the best on wings!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
