This is not wimpy, no-flavor wing sauce time. This is ‘bring the lemon flavor time’. And ‘bring the garlic’ and ‘bring the parmesan’ time. Big time. These herby, delicious, flavor-packed Burman’s Parmesan Garlic wings are not wimpy in any way. A nice thick sauce that loves to stick to your wings, you’re in for nothing but greatness. And a slight bit of heat, too. Not enough to be scary though.
I found this sauce in Aldi. So you know it’s quality stuff. And at the right price!
Don’t Stop At Wings
Sure, these Burman’s Parmesan Garlic wings are great. You bet they are. On the off-chance that you have extra sauce laying around, don’t be afraid to try it on other things. Toss some grilled shrimp in it. A lot of shrimp. Could you put it on a salad? You bet. It is a bit thick, so you might want to go light on it. Mix it in with some cooked pasta. Whatever you add it to, it will bring the flavor and then some!
Let me start by saying I’ve had a hard time finding Guy Fieri’s Parmesan Garlic wing sauce online. So, I am not sure it’s still available, at least for online purchasing. I am still able to find it in my favorite grocery store, and as long as I can get it, I will. That’s because I absolutely love this wing sauce. It’s almost like a salad dressing. It seems a bit thin at first. But it’s so loaded with nice chunks of garlic and parmesan that it looks amazingly good on wings. I wanted to dive in for that first bite as soon as I could. I was rewarded with tasty goodness!
A Better Parmesan Garlic Sauce
I really liked the taste of Guy Fieri’s Parmesan Garlic wing sauce. Some similar sauces I’ve tried are too thick. Or so garlicky that I have to go hunting for the parmesan. Not this sauce. It has the perfect balance. I sure hope they are still making this sauce because it’s one of my favorites!
And yes, actually, it is great on a salad. It really is.
I devoured these June Moon Parmesan garlic wing sauce wings in no time at all. The sauce is super creamy delicious. I found myself licking my fingers, wanting more and more sauce. This sauce screams fresh, like all of the sauces from June Moon. You’ll swear that the Parmesan cheese was grated just minutes ago. You’ll think that the oregano, basil, thyme and other herbs were just picked and chopped, and the lemon was just squeezed. And the garlic… oh my… just minced!
Herby Deliciousness
As much as I loved these June Moon Parmesan garlic wings, I think the sauce could find itself in many other dishes. First, it’d make for one heck of a salad dressing. Sure, it’s a pretty thick sauce, but it’s so packed with flavor that you wouldn’t have to use much.
I can also see it as a sauce on a grilled chicken sandwich. No need for mayo or mustard.
So, grab some of this sauce and get to making some wings. And more!
Oh, wings, glorious wings! I am a big fan of dry (un-sauced) wings. Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic wing seasoning takes dry wings to a whole new place. The spices aren’t overwhelming. You get the garlic. You get the Parmesan. And you get wings. The flavors don’t hide the fact that you’re still eating wings. Heck, if you can’t taste the wings what’s the point? This stuff is fantastic. They made my nice-and-crispy air fryer wings something special.
Great Flavor In Every Bite
I cannot say enough how much I loved Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic dry wings seasoning. I cannot wait to use it on things, too. A whole roasted chicken would be fantastic sprinkled with this dust. Oh, and someone suggested that I try shrimp the same way! The combination of garlic and Parmesan would be fantastic on shrimp or popcorn! What great ideas!
If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!
I prefer to season my wings immediately after cooking them. The seasoning will stick to the surface of the hot wings better than if you wait until they cool off.
My tastes in wing sauces pretty much run the gamut. I may enjoy a few spicy Buffalo wings for a bit, then I’ll need a switch. And often that switch is to one of my favorite flavor combinations: Parmesan cheese and garlic. Kroger sells a mighty fine Parmesan garlic wing sauce, and it’s quite affordable to boot!
Great Flavors At A Great Price
This sauce is exactly what I would want (and expect) from a wing sauce. Perfect balance of flavors. Nothing is drowning out the other tastes so I get just one. Perfect consistency. No pools of sauce at the bottom of my plate. It works and it works well. Kroger nailed another one with their Parmesan garlic wing sauce!
I love any restaurant, chain or not, that serves chicken wings. I have my favorites for sure, and Buffalo Wild Wings is one of them. That’s because BW3s Parmesan garlic wings are to die for. It’s creamy, a little nutty thanks to the Parmesan cheese, and definitely packed with garlic. This copycat recipe of the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan garlic wings is spot-on crazy good. I absolutely could not stop eating it. So much so that I made wings covered in the Parmesan garlic sauce two days in a row. Is that wrong?
Cheesy Garlicky Yummy
I say without hesitation that you should double the amount of sauce. These copycat recipe Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic wings are even better with more. You don’t have to drown the wings in it, no. And if you leftover sauce, that’s quite alright. That’s because it’s good on sandwiches and subs too. Crazy garlicky good. Oh, and don’t hesitate to use it as a dunking sauce for chicken nuggets!
Brrrrrr
This is a pretty thick sauce. And it likes to get thicker if you refrigerate it. So if you have leftover sauce, make sure you let it warm up a bit before using it. Just set it out on the countertop for 30 or so minutes ahead of time. And give it a good shake or stir before pouring it onto your wings. Things like to settle at the bottom of the jar. Get them all evenly distributed before using it.
I store my leftover homemade sauces in squeeze bottles. If refrigerated, I set them out an hour before using so they come to room temperature. You don’t want to put cold sauce on hot wings!
I often make my own chicken wing sauces. And then sometimes I don’t. I recently made it a goal of mine to try all of the wing sauces from the big grocery stores in our area: WalMart, Meijer, and Kroger. And far, I’ve been super impressed with the store sauces, like this Great Value Parmesan Garlic wing sauce. It’s thick enough to stick to the wings (it’s very thick, actually!) and it has great Parmesan and garlic flavor.
A Great Sauce That’s Great On More Than Wings
Great Value Parmesan garlic wing sauce isn’t just great on wings. I like to roast or grill chicken breasts, chop or slice them, and toss with a bit of this sauce. It makes for the perfect creamy chicken over a salad.
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
