Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Dust Wings

Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Dust brings the heat and the flavor to wings. It really make dry wings something special. A little paprika, garlic, Parmesan cheese and oh yes, cayenne pepper, come together to make the perfect wing seasoning. Like it spicy? Add more. Like a little less heat? Apply sparingly.

Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Dust Wings

Great Heat In A Dry Wing

As with all of the great Kosmos Q wing dust flavors, a little Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Dust goes a long ways. I recommend that you go a bit light with it on your first wing. Give it a taste and go from there, deciding if you want more or not. I found myself wanting it more and more, so yep, I added more and more. You can get addicted to that tasty burn. Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Chicken Wing Dust wings can be seasoned just like you like them. It’s totally your call! Remember you can always add more seasoning. Taking it off if you’ve added too much is a bit more challenging!

I like to air fry my dry wings. I season them upfront. Then I cook them. Then I season them again, hot out of the air fryer. Then I plate them. And then I season them again. Yep, three times. Three times the flavor. Three times the enjoyment!

Got Seasonings?

You have to take care of your dry seasonings. In return, they’ll take care of you by always being ready the next time you need them! Protect seasonings from the four main enemies of flavor: heat, light, air, and moisture. Never store them above the stove or oven, where steam and temperature swings cause caking and quick degradation. If you have a problem with high humidity causing your dry seasonings to cake, try adding a silica gel packet to the containers to remove moisture.

Wing Master Sweet Chili Wings

We spent a few days in Sevierville, TN, this summer, enjoying ourselves at the DreamMore resort. Nearby, thankfully, is a Pepper Palace store. Located at The Island, it’s always at the top of my gotta-go-there list. And as always, I backed up the truck and loaded up with a ton of sauces. Including this crazy-good, amazing sauce for Wing Master Sweet Chili wings. It’s different. It’s Buffalo wing sauce inspired, but with a great pepper twist. And a little sweetness. Not very spicy, but it has just a little kick to it. It’s not thick, and it’s not too thin. This is a great wing sauce, and one I would gladly devour again. And again.

Wing Master Sweet Chili Wings

One Great Wing Sauce

It didn’t take me much of a taste to realize that I wanted Wing Master Sweet Chili wings in my life, that’s for sure. It was the first bottle added to my ‘pile of sauces’ at the checkout counter. And believe me, it was quite the pile!

Pepper Palace makes a ton of great sauces and seasonings, not just for wings. Find a store near you and spend an hour or two wandering the shelves. They always have an area where you can sample sauces and spices, too. It’s like flavor heaven. Instead, if there’s not one near you, take a road trip (it’ll be worth it) or order online.

Go make some wings! It’s not that hard to do! My go-to method is to air-fry them. A little seasoning first. Air-fried to perfection. Fantastic aroma as they cook. Crispy skin. Juicy meat. Tender. Ready for a sauce. Air-fried wings can hold up to being tossed with sauce, so that’s what I do. If they were deep-fried with a batter I wouldn’t abuse them like that. I’d gently brush the sauce on. Or serve it on the side, for dipping.

Wing Master Honey Garlic Wings

I always swing by a Pepper Palace store whenever I can. Last time, I was in Sevierville, TN, which meant time to spend some quality time at the store at what is known as The Island. Boy did I ever back up the truck on sauces, including this Wing Master Honey Garlic wing sauce. This could easily be one of the best wing sauces I’ve ever had. I cannot get enough of it. The Asian-inspired, slightly sweet, lightly spicy flavors are amazing. This is truly a finger-licking good wing sauce and these Wing Master Honey Garlic wings are truly great wings!

Wing Master Honey Garlic Wings

Garlicky Sweetness

Pepper Palace’s Wing Master Honey Garlic wing sauce is great for dipping nuggets too. Or slathered on grilled chicken. On grilled veggies. Pretty much anything is better with this thick (but not too thick) sauce on it, in it, or dipped in it.

And yes, I lick up any sauce on the bottom of my plate after I finish off my Wing Master Honey Garlic wings. I’m not letting any of this stuff go to waste!

Run, Don’t Walk, To A Pepper Palace Near You!

Brrrrrrrrr!

Put any leftover sauce in an air-tight container and keep it in the fridge until the next time you make wings. When it’s time to sauce your wings don’t just pour that cold sauce over them. You’ve spent all that times getting your wings perfect. Crispy skin. Perfect coating. Hot. No matter how you cooked them, you devoted time to making sure they are spot-on delicious. Do not ruin them by adding a cold sauce. First, obviously, it’ll make them cold. In an instant. And secondly, and just as important, cold sauce will make that crunchy skin un-crunchy even quicker than a hot sauce.

So bring your sauce to at least room temperature before using it. If you want, warm it on the stovetop. I’m not a fan of using a microwave to warm sauces, but you can do that if you want.

Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar Dry Wings

The bottle says right on it, in big letters, ‘Salt and Vinegar’. It’s no fib, either. No false advertising there. Nothing but truth. Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar dry wings bring the salt and vinegar. Don’t open it and stick your nose in and take a big whiff unless you’re prepared for the vinegar, because it’s coming.

Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar Wings

The Perfect Combination of Salt and Vinegar

I usually only season my dry wings after cooking. But for extra flavor, try tossing the raw wings with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and then season well. Cook as desired, then season more just before serving. This Buffalo Wild Wings salt and vinegar dry wings are served without sauce. Hence the ‘dry’ part. That doesn’t mean you can’t serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, on the side though. The salt and vinegar can get a bit strong. It’s ok to cool yourself down a bit with some ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Stay Dry My Friends

This is my first time using a seasoning from Buffalo Wild Wings. I loved the flavor for sure. Good thing I bought a bottle of each of their available flavors to try! I love dry wings. They’re a great way to enjoy a tasty, quality seasoning. You sauce wings to taste the sauce. Why not season them to taste the seasoning?

Dry wings typically come to you with crunchier skin, too. No sauce to make that skin soggy. That’s a huge win for me!
