Market District Thai Style Sweet Chili Wing Sauce Wings

My wife is a big fan of any chili sauce-based wing sauce. Actually, ‘big fan’ is an understatement. I grabbed a bottle of the Thai Style Sweet Chili wing sauce from Market District knowing that she’d like it just from looking at the bottle. I could see chili sauce with peppers inside. Well, she didn’t just like this sweet, garlicky sauce. She absolutely loved it! This is easily one of the best sweeter sauces you can find.

Market District Thai Style Sweet Chili Wings

A Wonderfully Sweet Asian-Inspired Sauce

Market District’s Thai Style Sweet Chili wing sauce wings are definitely sweet. And not spicy at all. Neither of us got a sense of heat from it. But boy, it is delicious on wings. I admit to putting more of this sauce on my wings than I normally would. I am just as addicted to it as my wife is. It’s very much a finger-licking good sauce. If you’re looking for something sweet, this is it.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Lillie’s Q White Wing Sauce Wings

The more and more Lillie’s Q white wing sauce I eat, the more I love it. That’s not to say it’s growing on me. I loved it right out of the bottle the first time. It’s just that I keep finding it to be even more enjoyable on each and every batch of wings that I make. It’s got a great spice level. A bit of a kick. Enough to make my lips tingle. It has a slight vinegar flavor, like any Alabama white sauce-like sauce. But it’s not overpowering. It’s creamy, mayonnaise-like, but it doesn’t taste like mayonnaise. It’s different and it’s great!

Lillie's Q White Wings

Thick And Ready To Do The Job

Lillie’s Q white wing sauce is thick. It’s a bit hard to get it out of the glass (yes! glass! Thank you!) bottle. Give it a good shake before using it. And I don’t mean one of those ‘shake-shake-done’ things. Shake it like you mean it. And don’t be shy with it. It kind of ‘melts’ as you put it on your wings. If you go super light you might not see it. Not that it won’t be there. You’ll get the heat.

Kosmos Q Classic Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

You can never go wrong with any wing sauce or seasoning from Kosmo’s Q. It’s nice to be able to order a sauce knowing that whatever it says on the label is going to be exactly what you get. Like Kosmos Q Classic Buffalo wing sauce. This is a wonderful variation on the classic sauce. It’s on the mellow side, so no worries about too much heat here. It’s not super duper vinegary, which is a good thing for me at least. And it’s soooo flavorful. I mean it’s got great flavor. Nothing boring about it.

Kosmos Q Classic Buffalo Wings

A Perfectly Tame And Flavorful Sauce

Kosmo’s Q Classic Buffalo wing sauce is everything you’d want in a classic wing sauce. I will say it’s thin. Nothing gloppy or syrupy here. I found that it still stuck to my wings just fine. Look at my picture above. Sauce everywhere. Every corner and cranny of the wings sauced and flavorful.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

June Moon Sweet-n-Spicy Wing Sauce Wings

June Moon Sweet-n-Spicy wing sauce wings are a little different. In a good way, too. The sauce is a little bit tomato-BBQ-sauce-like. A little sweet with a little tang, a little kick, that makes it different. It’s not thick or too thin. This is a good sauce that you can serve to your friends without worrying about scorching their tongues or making their taste buds fall asleep.

June Moon Sweet-n-Spicy Wings

Not Too Sweet and Not Too Spicy

I picked up a big ole variety pack of sauces off of Amazon. This June Moon Sweet-n-Spicy wing sauce was just one of the great sauces that arrived. If you want a big huge variety of sauces for wings and more, grab a box and get to cooking! You won’t be disappointed in the flavors, variety or quality!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little sauce dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!

Joey Chestnut Orange Citrus Habanero Wing Sauce Wings

Man, what a great wing sauce. When I first ran across a display of Joey Chestnut Orange Citrus Habanero wing sauce my first reaction was ‘now that’s different’. I’ve tried a few of Joey’s wing flavors, and they’ve all been crazy good. This one is no exception. It goes on a bit creamy, but not too thick. There’s a wonderful orange flavor that mixes perfectly with the nice kick of habanero pepper. It’s not for the faint of heart, but it’s mighty delicious and not too terribly spicy. I’m a big fan of this sauce.

Joey Chestnut Orange Citrus Habanero Wings

Citrus With A Kick

Sometimes I prefer to make my wings ‘dry’, that is without any sauce. I can then dip them in whatever sauces I have on hand, not limiting myself to just one flavor. Joey Chestnut Orange Citrus Habanero wing sauce is great for dipping too, so don’t just think you need to toss your wings in it. It has just the right consistency for dipping or tossing. Or both.

The Mustard Man Simply Sweet Wings

Every day I wake up and am more and more a fan of mustardy wing sauces. Even if they don’t start out as wing sauces. The Mustard Man has made me a big believer of them. This time, I squeezed some delicious, creamy Simply Sweet mustard onto a batch of hot wings and dove in like a man possessed. This sauce isn’t overly mustardy. It’s slightly sweet, but not too much so. It’s definitely finger-licking good. If you don’t think that mustard right out of a bottle doesn’t belong on wings, this sauce will change your mind with the very first bite.

The Mustard Man Simply Sweet Wings

Mustard On Wings Is A Win

I like to sauce my wings with The Mustard Man Simply Sweet mustard as soon as they’re done. While they’re still nice and hot. The creamy mustard melts all over the wings making them … well, glorious is the only word I can think of right now!

Lawry’s Zesty Lemon and Pepper Dry Wings

Despite not really screaming ‘zesty’ or ‘lemon’ I really enjoyed some Lawry’s Zesty Lemon and Pepper dry wings. The pepper flavor is pretty mellow too. This is not a bad wing seasoning, it just doesn’t quite live up to the label. I put a good amount on some wings, tossed them in the air fryer and let them cook until crispy. When they came out, and while they were still hot, I hit them with a lot more seasoning. I liked them.

Lawry's Zesty Lemon and Pepper Dry Wings

Light On The Lemon And The Pepper

If you’re looking for something that isn’t in-your-face lemon or pepper, I’d say give Lawry’s zesty lemon and pepper dry wings a try. Just don’t expect to make that lemony-puckery face after each bite. And don’t expect to sneeze from too much pepper.

I’ve read where others suggested adding a bit of onion or garlic powder to this seasoning before using it. That might help give it that little help that it needs.

Wing Master Smokehouse Wing Sauce Wings

Whenever my wife and I are in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee, area we always make it a point to swing by a Pepper Palace store. They have several stores in the area, including a new one in Sevierville in an area called The Island. The store, as always, was busy, with people everywhere enjoying samples of the hot sauces and salsas, from the hot to the mild. Me, I headed straight to the wing sauces and in particular, Pepper Palace’s own line of Wing Master sauces, including this Smokehouse wing sauce.

Wing Master Smokehouse Wings

The Right Amount Of Smoke And Heat

As soon as we returned from our trip I threw a few seasoned wings onto my Weber Performer grill outfitted with the Vortex insert. When the wings were done I tossed them with the Smokehouse wing sauce and dug in. The smokehouse sauce has, as you might guess, a great smoky flavor. Not overwhelmingly smoky, but really good. It really amplifies the grilled flavor of the wings. The sauce has a bit of a chipotle and wing sauce kick, but again, not overwhelming. It’s a very enjoyable sauce. I definitely wish that I’d picked up a few more bottles!

Pepper Palace Sauces Make For Happy Wings

Pepper Palace makes a ton of great sauces and seasonings, not just for wings. Find a store near you and spend an hour or two wandering the shelves. They always have an area where you can sample sauces and spices, too. It’s like flavor heaven. Instead, if there’s not one near you, take a road trip (it’ll be worth it) or order online.

Lawry’s Spicy Buffalo Dry Wings

Any seasoning that is ‘normally’ used for adding flavor to wings that will eventually end up being sauced can be used to make what are called ‘dry’ wings. I’m a huge fan of dry wings and rank them up there with any sauced wings. These Lawry’s spicy Buffalo dry wings bring classic Buffalo wing flavor with a really nice amount of spicy kick. These are finger-lickingly good wings.

What Dry Wings Should Be

Lawry’s spicy Buffalo dry wings might make you forget about saucing your next batch of wings. Yeah, you can still sauce them. But try them without first and if you haven’t already, you’ll come over to the ‘dry side’. These wings are packed with great flavor.
