I’ve been a card-carrying member of the Louisiana-Brand hot sauce lover’s club for a long time. I love the flavor and I love the heat level. It’s just a great sauce. That’s why when I saw an ad for their new wing sauce pop up on my Facebook feed, I jumped all over it. I didn’t hesitate. What if they sold out? What if I have to wait months? Fear and passion drove me to order a few bottles. And oh boy. Louisiana Brand The Original wings sauce is gooooood! Just like the hot sauce, great flavor, great heat.
I would call the heat level of Louisiana Brand The Original Wings sauce to be fairly middle-of-the-road spicy. Not too spicy, but noticeable. The heat does not drown out the fantastic pepper flavors, and that’s a major win in my book. This is what a proper wing sauce should be.
