Market District Creamy Garlic Parmesan and Chili Wings

“Decidedly different”. I don’t even usually words like that. I don’t know where they even came from, but they were the first words out of my mouth when I tried some Market District Creamy Garlic Parmesan and Chili wings.

Definitely different

Admittedly, I was expecting the usual garlicky Parmesan wing sauce that borders on being a salad dressing. That’s not what I got. I got a whole heck of a lot more. This is easily one of my favorite non-Buffalo wing sauces of all time. The garlic and Parmesan are tame, not overwhelming. The sauce has just the right consistency. Not too thick. Not too thin. And a little fantastic pepper flavor. Thank you Market District!

This is not an Alabama BBQ sauce

I’d eat these Market District creamy garlic Parmesan and chili wings all day long. I really love the addiction of a red pepper to this sauce. It so makes it different than the usual creamy white wing sauces. This sauce stands above the crowd. Way above it.

This is not an Alabama white sauce, despite appearances to the contrary!

Market District Sweet Honey Garlic Wings

“You should’ve bought more of this sauce. A lot more.”. Those were the first words out of my wife’s mouth after taking her first bite of the Market District Sweet Honey Garlic wings I made. As always, she was right. I shouldn’t have brought home just one bottle. It didn’t last long at all. We both enjoyed this sweet, thick sauce that is absolutely packed with the perfect amount of garlic. Yep, lots of garlic, just like we like it. A small hint of soy sauce and ginger round out what is a great sweet Asian-inspired wing sauce.

Market District Sweet Honey Garlic Wings

These Market District Sweet Honey Garlic wings are like they say, sweet, without any spicy kick. A little garlic ‘punch’ is all the kick you’re going to get. And plenty of sweet, finger-lickingly good flavor. If you’re looking for a great alternative to your usual Buffalo-inspired spicy wing sauce, this is it.

Market District Thai Style Sweet Chili Wings

My wife is a big fan of any chili sauce-based wing sauce. And that’s an understatement. I grabbed a bottle of the Thai Style Sweet Chili wings sauce from Market District knowing that she’d like it just from looking at the bottle. I could see chili sauce with peppers inside. Well, she didn’t just like this sweet, garlicky sauce. She absolutely loved it! This is easily one of the best sweeter sauces you can find.

Market District Thai Style Sweet Chili Wings

Market District’s Thai Style Sweet Chili wings are definitely sweet. And not spicy at all. Neither of us got a sense of heat from it. But boy, it is delicious on wings. I admit to putting more of this sauce on my wings than I normally would. I am just as addicted to it as my wife is. It’s very much a finger-licking good sauce. If you’re looking for something sweet, this is it.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
