Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Dry Wings

Oh, wings, glorious wings! I am a big fan of dry (un-sauced) wings. Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic wing seasoning takes dry wings to a whole new place. The spices aren’t overwhelming. You get the garlic. You get the Parmesan. And you get wings. The flavors don’t hide the fact that you’re still eating wings. Heck, if you can’t taste the wings what’s the point? This stuff is fantastic. They made my nice-and-crispy air fryer wings something special.

Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Dry Wings

Great Flavor In Every Bite

I cannot say enough how much I loved Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic dry wings seasoning. I cannot wait to use it on things, too. A whole roasted chicken would be fantastic sprinkled with this dust. Oh, and someone suggested that I try shrimp the same way! The combination of garlic and Parmesan would be fantastic on shrimp or popcorn! What great ideas!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!

I prefer to season my wings immediately after cooking them. The seasoning will stick to the surface of the hot wings better than if you wait until they cool off.

Pepper Palace Sweet But Sassy Sauce Wings

I could spend hours at Pepper Palace store. In fact, I’ve spent many an hour at Pepper Palace and in several different cities to boot. Of course, the first section I run to is where the wing sauces are. Then I head to the other sauces. BBBQ, dipping… whatever sauces. That’s because just about any sauce can be put on wings. Pepper Palace Sweet But Sassy sauce wings are proof that this sauce is perfect on wings. Lightly sweet and just spicy enough, this chili-sauce-like sauce is a welcome break from traditional wing sauces.

Pepper Palace Sweet But Sassy Wings

It Is Sweet. And Sassy. They Aren’t Lying.

Pepper Palace Sweet But Sassy sauce starts out a bit thin (hey, it was born a dipping sauce), but it’ll set up once it gets on your hot wings. And, nothing wrong with having a little bowl of extra sauce on the side for dipping your wings. Just remember, if your sauce has been refrigerated, let it set out for at least an hour before using. You don’t want to put a cold sauce on hot wings.

My wife loves sweet heat sauces, and this is definitely one of her favorites.

Frederik’s By Meijer Hatch Chile Wing Sauce Wings

I have to say that here in the mid-west, I hadn’t had much of a history with Hatch chiles until a few years ago when I bought an entire case of them and roasted them. I’ve been searching them out ever since. To my pleasant surprise, along came Frederik’s by Meijer Hatch Chile wing sauce. This sauce is nice and creamy and not too thick. I could see the Hatch (and green) chiles floating happily in the bottle. I knew I was in for goodness.

Frederik's By Meijer Hatch Chile Wings

Fantastic Hatch Chile Flavor

Frederik’s by Meijer Hatch Chile wing sauce has a hint of garlic. And just the slightly amount of heat. And plenty of great balanced pepper flavors. I mean you can taste the peppers! Don’t laugh. I’ve had sauces that said they tasted like something-or-other and they didn’t even come close. This sauce delivers on its pepper promise.

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little sauce dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables.

June Moon Nashville Wing Sauce Wings

For me, June Moon Nashville wing sauce wings are like a sweet version of one of my favorite things to eat, Nashville hot chicken. Not quite as spicy as you can get, but packed with plenty of cayenne heat and flavor. Add a bit of honey and brown sugar to tame that heat a bit and offset the earthiness from the pepper. These are mighty good wings, and ones that I enjoyed immensely. I’m a big fan of Nashville hot chicken, and although this isn’t the thick lard-based paste you get on the real thing, this sauce reminds me a lot of the African-inspired dish.

June Moon Nashville Wings

Tremendous Flavor without a lot of Heat

I wasn’t shy with the sauce when I made some June Moon Nashville wing sauce wings. I sampled the sauce right out of the bottle as soon as I opened it and knew I was in for a treat. So, no messing around. I added some to my right-out-of-the-air-fryer wings and tossed them good. Then I added a bit more and tossed some more. I really enjoyed the heavy cayenne flavor.

Valentina Hot Sauce Buffalo Wings

Oh boy oh boy! It’s time for some good ole wing happiness! These Valentina hot sauce Buffalo wings are soooooo good I found myself licking the sauce bowl. First, and foremost, let’s talk flavor. Valentina hot sauce is crazy yummy. It has just the right pepper taste. Heat? Yes, it has some of that too but it’s really not that hot. It’ll wake you up but it won’t hurt you. Add that sauce to a few more ingredients and make a Buffalo sauce and you’ve got magic.

Valentina Hot Sauce Buffalo Wings

Absolutely Delicious Wings

Valentina hot sauce Buffalo wings sauce has the right consistency, sticking to your wings and staying there. Just enough. And if by chance some does drip off your wings and onto your plate, you’re going to want to sop it back up. Or heck, we’re friends here. Stick your finger in it and finish it off. You really don’t want to waste any. It’s delicious!

I make a lot of Buffalo wing sauces at home. The recipe below is my my basic recipe. I substitute whichever hot sauce I am using but the rest of the ingredients stay the same. It’s a great way to really highlight a hot sauce’s taste without burying it.

Moore’s Spicy Habanero Wing Sauce Wings

Spicy and tasty. Moore’s spicy habanero wing sauce checked all of the boxes for me. It made my lips tingle but it wasn’t so hot that I didn’t notice the underlying flavor. I enjoyed the kick and I enjoyed the slight sweetness this sauce brings. I’m not one to want to torture myself with an over-the-top hot sauce. Although this sauce brought some heat I didn’t suffer!

Moore's Spicy Habanero Wings

I’ve Had Hotter, But Not Better

I’ve definitely had hotter sauces than Moore’s spicy habanero wing sauce. But few have been as tasty. It’s a great balance of the two. I didn’t go nuts with it when I sauced up a batch of hot-out-of-the-air-fryer wings. Just enough to notice. They were perfect.

June Moon Strawberry Jalapeno Wing Sauce Wings

Strawberry jalapeno BBQ sauce is a good thing, and strawberry jalapeno wing sauce is a fantastic thing! This sauce from June Moon packs strawberry flavor in right up front. You smell that wonderful strawberry aroma, and then you definitely taste it. Then comes that heat. Not too strong, but you’ll get it. Then it’s gone. It doesn’t linger and burn you forever. You get some sweet, then some heat and both are great. These June Moon Strawberry Jalapeno wing sauce wings are fantastically different!

June Moon Strawberry Jalapeno Wings

“Wow” Different

This is the second wonderful wing sauce from June Moon that I’ve tried. The first, mango habanero, also impressed me with its fresh fruit flavor and taste and a good dose of heat. The June Moon strawberry jalapeno wing sauce is another winner that definitely did not fail to also impress me. These are great, small-batch, fresh-tasting sauces.

Creamy Asian Wing Dipping Sauce

Sure, I can dip wings in blue cheese or Ranch dressing all day long. But sometimes I want something a bit different. When I first came across this recipe for a creamy Asian wing dipping sauce I knew I was going to like it. There’s nothing in it that I don’t like. It’s nice and creamy. It has a bit of a spicy kick to it. It has a bit of a citrus flavor with a hint of garlic. And, if you let it set up the fridge overnight, it has the perfect consistency for wing dippin’.

Creamy Asian Wing Dipping Sauce

A Great Sauce For Asian-Inspired Wings

This creamy Asian wing dipping sauce was absolutely great for dipping Teriyaki wings. The two flavors were like a match made in heaven. I also found that this sauce is great as a sandwich spread (I was making my wife a sandwich whilst making some wings for lunch). It’s also great on crackers. It’s a winner for sure!

Noble Made Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce Wings

Not too much garlic. Not too much Parmesan. And not too herby. Not too thick. Not too thin. Finger-licking good. That pretty much sums up Noble Made Garlic Parmesan wing sauce. Oh, and it’s gluten-free and contains no added sugar. Healthy, good stuff!

Great Garlic Flavor And Aroma

You can use Noble Made garlic Parmesan wing sauce on more than wings. Not that there’s anything wrong with it on wings. Not at all. Heck, don’t use it on anything else if you don’t want to! June Moon Honey BBQ Sauce Wings

I had been on a super-vinegary, mega-spicy wing sauce kick for a while. I needed a break. June Moon honey BBQ sauce rescued me, treating me to delicious sweetness and fantastic flavor. A wonderful tomato-based sauce, these perfectly-sauced wings made me very happy. No heat here, just the right balance of flavors and a hint of smokiness. This is the ideal sauce to serve your friends. Not every wing sauce has to be vinegar-based and fiery hot. Sometimes it’s ok to have a little sweet.

June Moon Honey BBQ Wings

Sweet BBQ Goodness

Oh sure, June Moon honey BBQ sauce would be great on other foods. Like grilled burgers. Or ribs. Roasted whole chicken. Or serve it as a dipping sauce for something like chicken tenders or nuggets. Things like that. But I’m not doing that. Nope, I’m keeping this sauce all to myself and I’m putting it all over my wings. I can do that. I’m a grown-up. Well, sort of.
