These Pretty Thai Muay Thai wings are exactly why it pays to wander around your grocery store with an eye out for anything that might make good on wings. I picked up some of the Pretty Thai sauces in the Asian section. Sure, I had stir-fry on the brain too, but first and foremost I thought of only one thing. Wings. So I made up a quick batch of easy wings, tossed them in some sauce and got to it!
Get Funky With It
These Pretty Thai Muay Thai wings have a nice lip-tingling citrus tang that you get pretty early on. And there’s a little of that great fish sauce ‘funkiness’. That Unami flavor you don’t find much anywhere else. And oh yes, a bit of heat from Thai chili. It’s got a nice spice level to it, I really liked it.
This sauce may seem a little thin. It was meant for stir-fry and the like. But it works just fine on wings.
