The Dirty Buffalo Medium Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

I like to kick back after a long day of work and just relax and enjoy. Same with my wings. I like to kick back and relax and enjoy every bite. They don’t have to be crazy spicy. They don’t have to be too saucy. But, they have to be enjoyable. Like these The Dirty Buffalo medium Buffalo wing sauce wings. This sauce isn’t the kind that’s going to hurt. It has just a nice little kick to it. And it’s not lacking in classic flavor. Not at all. Whether I’m having my wings after work or at lunch, or just snacking, these are a great way to have a great day. This is one enjoyable sauce.

The Dirty Buffalo Medium Buffalo Wings

Make Some Wings. However You Like Them.

I used my air fryer to make my standard batch of air fryer wings then sauced them. I could’ve gone deep-fried. Or grilled. Or baked. Doesn’t really matter. Just make them your favorite way and sauce ’em up. The Dirty Buffalo medium Buffalo wing sauce wings are gonna be great no matter what. This sauce is all above great flavor.

The Classics Never Get Old

I ordered a ton of sauces from The Dirty Buffalo. Some are just fantastic versions of the classics, like this one. Some are totally different and new. It’s nice to have that mix. The Dirty Buffalo Margarita Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

The fine folks over at The Dirty Buffalo come up with some mighty great wing sauces. I ordered a ton of them to enjoy at home. Unfortunately, I’m a bit far from Virginia Beach and thereabouts so I can’t just swing by one of their restaurants and grab some grub there. Sadly, this is the last bottle of sauce I had on hand. But, oh did I ever save a great one to go out on. The Dirty Buffalo Margarita Buffalo wing sauce wings are different in a very good way. Kinda taco-sauce like but not like if you went to Taco Bell, grabbed a bunch of sauce packs and drizzled them over your wings. Much better than that. There’s a good hint of lime. And just a kiss of cilantro. Like taco sauce elevated. All that with a good healthy dose of spiciness.

The Dirty Buffalo Margarita Buffalo Wings

Don’t Hide The Sauce

You can make your wings however you prefer for The Dirty Buffalo Margarita Buffalo wing sauce wings. I decided to air fry mine. No matter which way you go, I suggest you don’t over-season your wings. Go light. Maybe just salt and pepper. At most. You don’t want something that’ll fight this wing sauce. You want to get the true flavor that was intended by the creators. It’s true, I kept some Ranch dressing on hand but honestly, I didn’t need it. I should’ve kept it in the fridge. These wings don’t need it. The flavor and heat are spot on great. So go to The Dirty Buffalo’s site and order up some of their sauces (and seasonings). This sauce, and all the rest, do not disappoint. In fact, they amaze!

Also try some wings made with The Dirty Buffalo’s Garlic Ranch wing sauce!

The Dirty Buffalo Hot Honey Wing Sauce Wings

I took a few days break from spicy wings. I’m back now. Thanks to these The Dirty Buffalo Hot Honey wing sauce wings. Basically a sweet Buffalo-style sauce, this sauce holds on to your wings, tingles your tongue and makes you sweat a bit. With just the right amount of sweetness, you won’t confused these with dessert wings. They bring the heat and sweet.

The Dirty Buffalo Hot Honey Wings

I Went With Air Fryer Wings. Again…

I used my air fryer to make my standard batch of air fryer wings then sauced them well. You can make The Dirty Buffalo Hot Honey wing sauce wings any way you want. Deep fried. Baked. Air fried. Convention oven. Grilled. It doesn’t really matter. And honestly, you could make yourself a good old crispy fried chicken sandwich too and pour this sauce all over it. This sauce is great on anything. Use it as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. Deep-fried onion rings. Anything you have lying around, grab it. Sauce it or dip it. And wait for a nice sweet kick to follow!

Teriyaki Dry Wings

Man, these Teriyaki dry wings were so good. They disappeared in no time at all. It’s amazing the great flavors you can get with so few ingredients and in no time at all. You can’t beat these wings. The star of the show is the dipping sauce. If you’ve never had dry wings now is the time to try them. Having the sauce on the side means you get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Nicely spiced, tasty dry wings and a great sauce.

Delicious Asian Flavors In A Dry Wing

I used my Char-Broil The Big Easy TRU-Infrared Oil-less Turkey Fryer to cook Teriyaki wings, but you can use a regular grill or even bake them in the oven. Or however you want to cook them. Just serve them while they’re still hot and you’ll enjoy some of the best wings around!

I store my leftover homemade sauces in squeeze bottles. If refrigerated, I set them out an hour before using so they come to room temperature. You don’t want to put cold sauce on hot wings!

Tangy Wing Dipping Sauce

It was time. Time for something a little different to dip my delicious, but darned spicy, Buffalo wings into. I was a bit burned out on the Ranch, the Blue Cheese. I wanted something still smooth, but with a tang. And here it is, my tangy wing dipping sauce. The addition of vinegar to an otherwise pretty ‘normal’ sauce brings a nice edge to it that pairs perfectly with the vinegar tang of the wing sauce.

Tangy Wing Dipping Sauce

An Overnight Rest Is Best

This tangy wing dipping sauce isn’t on the thick side. It will cling to your wings just fine, though, without overdoing it. It does set up a bit overnight, so I do prefer to make it the day before I plan on serving it.

Make sure to get your sauce nice and smooth so you achieve wing-dipping perfection.

Sweet Peeper Air Fryer Dry Wings

The air fryer is my go-to tool for making fantastic dry wings. They’re so simple, so easy, but oh so delicious. Today, I made a little batch of Sweet Peeper air fryer dry wings for my lunch. And I was happy. Heck, I was more than happy. Oh that crunchy skin. That aroma while they were cooking. And bite-after-bite of seasoned chicken. A wonderful combination of brown sugar, paprika, honey and other herbs, these wings are a great change from your usual Buffalo-inspired wings.

Sweet Peeper Air Fryer Dry Wings

Crazy Easy

Making great air fryer dry wings really is easy. Season the wings a bit. Cook them to perfection. Season them some more. And if you’re like me, eat them immediately and burn your mouth. Well, it has happened. I can’t help myself. These Sweet Peeper air fryer dry wings smelled so good while they were cooking that I couldn’t wait for them to cool down a bit before taking those first few bites.

Crispier Than A Fall Evening

My approach to air fryer wings always gets me that great crunchy crispy skin. If you can handle the wait, let them cool a bit after cooking (and after that last seasoning) to crisp up a bit more.

Spicy Buffalo Ranch Wings

I’m always in the mood for a big ole batch of chicken wings. They don’t always have to be spicy, and they don’t always have to be traditional. But the other day I was craving that great Buffalo-wing flavor. With a twist. So I fired up my grill and made a few spicy Buffalo Ranch wings. These wings have just the right amount of heat. With a hint of Ranch dressing… without the dressing.

Spicy Buffalo Ranch Wings

A Great Party Wing

I thoroughly enjoyed my spicy Buffalo Ranch wings. They really hit the spot. The sauce is the right consistency, the right spiciness. I think the sauce is perfect for a wing party. It’s a nice change from ‘just’ straight-up Buffalo wings.

I used Crystal hot sauce when I made this sauce. It’s definitely one of my go-to, super-tasty, just nicely spicy hot sauces.

Ranch Dipping Sauce

If you’re looking for a Ranch dipping sauce that is packed with that classic flavor, has the perfect consistency, and also has just a bit of a tanginess to it, then look no further. This easy-to-put-together sauce can be made in a convenient cup-sized quantity or can be easily scaled up for a party.

Ranch Dipping Sauce

Give It A Rest

You definitely want to rest the Ranch dipping sauce in the fridge overnight. And even two nights if possible. It’s definitely better the longer it goes, but I’m not saying it’s not great that same day either! But if you have the time, let it go a bit.

I got these cute lil sauce dipping cups for serving. They not only look good they help me control myself around anything Ranch-related.

This sauce is perfectly for dipping some habanero wings. It helps to cool the burn.

Ranch Blue Cheese Dressing

Can it be this easy? All those years of standing in front of an open fridge, trying to decide… Will it be Ranch? Or blue cheese? What shall I dip my wings in today? Well, Ranch blue cheese dressing is the correct answer! I love blue cheese. Sometimes I want it funkier than other times. And Ranch? Well, I can drink it straight out of the bottle.

These are happy days indeed my fellow wing lovers. Both tastes in one easy ready-to-dip mix.

Ranch Blue Cheese Dressing

A Little More Funk, Please

Want a bit more of that classic funkiness in your Ranch blue cheese dressing? Sure, you could just adjust the ratio of one dressing to another, though I’m a big fan of equal parts of both. Nope, just add some finely crumbled blue cheese, stir, and serve. Done.

Good On More Than Wings

And yes, this dressing is absolutely fantastic on a garden salad, too. Or use it for dipping vegetables. It’s a winner. An easy winner.

Ramen-Seasoned Wings

I’ve come across recipes for Ramen-crusted chicken wings on the internet, but never really got into the idea. But I did get into the idea of dusting some mighty fine cooked wings with Ramen seasoning (you know, the little spice packets from the noodle packages) and serving them with an out-of-this-world peanut dipping sauce. And I didn’t leave off the noodles, nope! A quick fry in a pan with a little oil, and boom! Crunchy wing topping! These Ramen-seasoned wings with peanut dipping sauce disappeared in no time!

Ramen-Seasoned Wings

Different. And Oh So Good!

If you really love Ramen seasoning don’t be afraid to double the amount of seasoning used. I always have Ramen seasoning on hand because I like to crunch up the noodles and fry them for topping salads. More is better on these Ramen-seasoned wings with peanut dipping sauce.
