Wing-Time Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

The Buffalo-style sauces from Wing-Time have always been a big hit with me. They always have the right heat level, from the hot to these Wing-Time mild Buffalo wing sauce wings. They always have fantastic Buffalo-inspired flavors. That perfect balance of vinegar, butter and spices. Always finger-licking good, I’ve always been a fan. I enjoy my wings tossed in this sauce. Or dipped in it. Doesn’t matter how I get it onto my wings, it’s good!

Wing-Time Mild Buffalo Wings

Gone? Or Not Gone?

I gotta say, I’m not sure the makers of Wing-Time sauces are still around. I’ve tried contacting them but no luck. It’d be sad if they’re gone because they have made some of the best wing sauces around. These Wing-Time hot Buffalo wings are great proof of that. On the off-chance the company is going bye-bye I suggest you grab some bottles of Wing-Time mild Buffalo wing sauce now.

Also try some Wing-Time honey bourbon wing sauce wings.

Wing Magic Smoky Lime Dry Wings

Dry wings are popular for a reason. There are a lot of great wing seasonings on the market. You don’t have to use them to make dry wings, you can instead use them to season wings before you sauce them. Often, though, I find myself going the dry route so I can enjoy the seasoning without it ‘fighting’ a sauce. Wing Magic Smoky Lime seasoning dry wings are a great reason why I do wings this way. This seasoning has a lightly smoky flavor with a little kick. You bet it’s just the right amount of sweet. And oh, lime! Delicious citrusy lime comes along for a decidedly different taste. These are great, different, wings!

Wing Magic Smoky Lime Dry Wings

Smoky Citrus Goodness

Wing Magic Smoky Lime dry wings seasoning comes from the folks over and the Fire and Smoke Society. They make a huge variety of absolutely addicting seasoning mixes. From burgers, to baked potatoes, to wings, they have the right flavors for everything. Head on over to their site and take a look around. You’ll be drooling in no time. I did!

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Heat Wing Sauce Wings

This is the second bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms wing sauce that I’ve tried. The first, Hot Pepper Bacon, was a major hit in my household. But I cannot say it was my favorite…. because Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Heat wing sauce is at least as good! This sauce has a hint of mustard flavor, but not too much so that it’s too strong. It’s a little on the sweet side, and I mean that in a good way. The heat level is just perfect for me. Not too spicy, and not too mild.

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Heat Wings

Get a bottle… or two…

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Heat wing sauce is a great sauce for wings. I picked up my bottle at a Buc-ee’s in Sevierville, TN, but you can order them online also. I’d definitely suggest you get more than one, and that you get every flavor because I’m a big fan of this company’s sauces. You will be too.

I also cannot wait to try this sauce on grilled ribs or whole chicken.

The Dirty Buffalo Cajun Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

You could make your own Cajun Buffalo wing sauce. You could grab a bottle of Buffalo wing sauce, add some Cajun seasoning, seal and shake and call it done. And it would be ok. But why not get better than ok? Why not make some The Dirty Buffalo Cajun Buffalo wing sauce wings? Just grab a bottle of sauce online and make wings and get down to business. The business of enjoying a slightly spicy, well-seasoned sauce. It’s kinda thick like a BBQ sauce. Not thin like many traditional Buffalo sauce. It’s got some heat but it’s tasty heat. The seasoning rounds everything out. Nothing in your face, but all balanced perfectly. This is yet another fantastic sauce from The Dirty Buffalo.

The Dirty Buffalo Cajun Buffalo Wings

I Went With Air Fryer Wings…

I used my air fryer to make my standard batch of air fryer wings then sauced them. You can make The Dirty Buffalo Cajun Buffalo wing sauce wings any way you want. Just don’t use anything that might overpower the sauce, so don’t go seasoning them so much the sauce fights with it. No one wins when your sauce and seasoning don’t like each other. These wings are about the sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick spray. Preheat per manufacturer's recommendation to 350 F.
  • Lightly salt the wings on all sides.
  • Add the wings to the basket (be careful it's hot!).
  • Cook wings for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and cook another 12 minutes.
  • Increase the air fryer temperature to 400 F and cook another 6 minutes.
  • Remove wings from fryer and place in a bowl. Toss with the sauce. Click here for our guide on how to sauce wings.
  • Remove wings from the bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Note: If your wing sauce is refrigerated, set it out on the countertop before starting the wings so that it warms up a bit. You don’t want to put cold sauce on hot wings.
Note: The full 30 minute cook time is for large, meaty wings. If your wings are a bit thinner (er… scrawny) back the times down to 10/10/4 minutes instead of 12/12/6 minutes.

SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy Wing Sauce Wings

I was scrolling through my Facebook feed, which consists of literally thousands of pictures of grills and food (don’t judge!) when I came across an ad for wing sauces for a sports bar and restaurant in south Philadelphia called SouthHouse. I’ve been to Philadelphia, but I’d never been to SouthHouse. The picture of their house-made wing sauces definitely caught my eye. They looked fresh, hand-crafted and yummy. So I ordered some.

There’s Nothing But Good In This Sauce

The first sauce I tried was the Sweet and Spicy. Let me tell you, this is one crazy-good wing sauce. It reminds me a bit of Meijer’s Sweet Chili wing sauce, but with more heat. And it reminds me a bit of Quaker Steak and Lube’s Thai ‘R Cracker wing sauce, but with fresh ingredients. It’s thick, but not too thick. And I loved it. It is delicious. And its finger-licking good. It is moan-while-you-eat good.

SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy Wings

A Great Sauce To Keep On Hand At All Times

I can definitely see SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy wing sauce finding its way onto just about anything I pull off the grill. It’ll be amazing on ribs. Fantastic on grilled or roasted chicken. And delicious as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders or nuggets. This sauce is definitely a favorite of mine.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

I had a garlic Buffalo wing sauce once that had so much garlic in it I couldn’t taste the Buffalo-inspired flavors. Or pretty much anything the rest of the day for that matter. And I had one once that was so vinegary and spicy that I couldn’t taste the garlic. Well, Sweet Baby Ray’s garlic Buffalo wing sauce isn’t either of those wing sauces, that’s for sure! It’s perfectly garlicky. And perfectly spicy (I’d call it around medium). It’s perfectly balanced, and a sauce I’d call finger-licking good for sure. This is a great sauce.

Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Buffalo Wings

Oh, It’s So Good!

I cannot say enough how I enjoyed this wings sauce. Like all of the sauces from Sweet Baby Ray’s, there’s nothing but great flavor in a sauce with the perfect consistency for wings. This sauce brings the garlic and the heat. It’s one of the best bottled sauces you’ll find.

Stubb’s Black Pepper Anytime Sauce Wings

I really love ‘dry’ chicken wings. By dry I mean not pre-sauced. Not ewwwy dry. Good dry. And they don’t have to be complicated either. Like these black pepper wings. Salt. Pepper. Wings. Well, ok, I did have a dipping sauce, but it’s the fantastic out-of-the-bottle Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime sauce, which is also great as a marinade.

Stubb's Black Pepper Wings

More Pepper Is More Better

You don’t want to be shy with the black pepper on these wings. You want that pepper kick, and even a bit of pepper heat, to come through in every bite. Stubb’s makes a variety of sauces and they’re all great on wings, even if they don’t say ‘wing sauce’ on the bottles. You’ll enjoy the intense pepperiness of these Stubb’s black pepper wings!

Also try Stubb’s Texas Sriracha sauce wings and their Wicked Habanero Pepper sauce wings.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce Wings

Oh, deliciously sweet, sticky, Asian-inspired wing, how do I love you!? I looked like a bulldog with a pork chop when I started chowing down on some Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki wing sauce wings. Heck, you’d think I hadn’t eaten in a week. I couldn’t help myself. Yeah, there are a ton of things you can use SBRs sauce (and marinade) on, but for me, wings is it. Done.

Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Wings

So Sweet And So Good

Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki wing sauce doesn’t pack any heat. It’s sweet, just like the name says. But, if you’re looking for that extra little something, a little kick, add some hot sauce. I wouldn’t go crazy with it though. This sauce is perfect as it is and a welcomed change from Buffalo-style wing sauces.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce Wings

Oh my goodness. Oh me. I’m so badly addicted to Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero wing sauce that I cannot stop making wings tossed in the sauce, day after day. This sauce is everything I want in a sauce. It’s a little sweet. It has a hint of mango. Not overpowering, either. And just the right amount of heat. I wouldn’t call it hot, but it’s close to it. But the sweetness tames a lot of that heat. This sauce is beyond finger-licking good. I’d drink it out of the bottle. Without hesitation.

Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Wings

Sweet-n-Fruity. And Mighty Good.

I hope that the ‘Limited Edition’ words on the bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero wing sauce are just that. Words. This sauce is way, way too good to ever go away. I’ll have some on hand. And not just for wings, either. Slather it on grilled chicken. Brush it on rack after rack of smoked ribs. Drizzle it over salmon filets.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce Wings

I’ve always been happy with everything from Sweet Baby Ray’s. So I had pretty high hopes (and standards) for the newly-released Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan wing sauce. I knew I didn’t have to be worried I’d just wasted some hard-earned bucks on a sauce I wouldn’t like. And I knew it’d be loaded with garlic, but not too much. I knew it’d have hints of Parmesan. And I knew it’d be the perfect consistency. So, no surprises here. This is a great garlic Parmesan wing sauce.

Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Wings

You Can See The Garlic. And Lots Of It!

Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan wing sauce is great on grilled whole chicken or pieces, too. And you can use it as a marinade. Or even a salad dressing. It’s a very versatile sauce. It really shines on wings, though. It’s a finger-licking experience and that’s what makes me happy and coming back to SBR’s sauces again and again! Enjoy!
