Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wings

Oh yes! How happy was I with these Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic wings! Creamy, garlicky and loaded with Parmesan, it was a welcome change from the Buffalo sauce-inspired wing sauces that I’d been having. In a way, it’s like a thickened Italian salad dressing, and you definitely could use this sauce on a salad, believe me. But it’s much more than that. This is great stuff and nice and different.

Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wings

Finger-Licking Delicious

Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic wing sauce is also absolutely fantastic slathered on roasted chicken. Just minutes before your chicken is done, brush a few good coats of sauce on the bird and finish cooking until done.

This sauce is also great on rotisserie chicken or even turkey!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Wing Master Garlic Parmesan Wing s

Whenever my wife and I are in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee, area we always make it a point to swing by a Pepper Palace store. They have several stores in the area, including a new one in Sevierville in an area called The Island. The store, as always, was busy, with people everywhere enjoying samples of the hot sauces and salsas, from the hot to the mild. Me, I headed straight to the wing sauces and in particular, Pepper Palace’s own line of Wing Master sauces, including this Garlic Parmesan wing sauce.

I couldn’t wait!

As soon as we returned from our trip I threw a few seasoned wings onto my Weber Performer grill outfitted with the Vortex insert. When the wings were done I tossed them with the Garlic Parmesan wing sauce and dug in. The sauce is mellow, cheesy, and definitely garlicky. Not overwhelmingly garlicky, but really good. Yes, there’s a slight wing sauce kick, but again, not overwhelming. It’s a very enjoyable sauce, and a favorite around our house. Furthermore, I definitely wish that I’d picked up a few more bottles!

Wing Master Garlic Parmesan Wings

Get to a Pepper Palace now!

Pepper Palace has a wide range of sauces, from the extremely hot to the nice and mellow. The Garlic Parmesan wing sauce is nice and mellow with not a lot of heat. I seasoned the wings with your standard Ranch dressing seasoning mix, which complemented the sauce flavors perfectly.

Pepper Palace makes a ton of great sauces and seasonings, not just for wings. Find a store near you and spend an hour or two wandering the shelves. They always have an area where you can sample sauces and spices, too. It’s like flavor heaven. Instead, if there’s not one near you, take a road trip (it’ll be worth it) or order online.

Wing Master Honey Garlic Wings

I always swing by a Pepper Palace store whenever I can. Last time, I was in Sevierville, TN, which meant time to spend some quality time at the store at what is known as The Island. Boy did I ever back up the truck on sauces, including this Wing Master Honey Garlic wing sauce. This could easily be one of the best wing sauces I’ve ever had. I cannot get enough of it. The Asian-inspired, slightly sweet, lightly spicy flavors are amazing. This is truly a finger-licking good wing sauce.

Wing Master Honey Garlic Wings

Garlicky Sweetness

Pepper Palace’s Wing Master Honey Garlic wing sauce is great for dipping nuggets too. Or slathered on grilled chicken. On grilled veggies. Pretty much anything is better with this thick (but not too thick) sauce on it, in it, or dipped in it.

And yes, I lick up any sauce on the bottom of my plate after I finish off my wings. I’m not letting any of this stuff go to waste!

As soon as we returned from our trip I threw a few seasoned wings onto my Weber Performer grill outfitted with the Vortex insert. When the wings were done I tossed them with the Smokehouse wing sauce and dug in. The smokehouse sauce has, as you might guess, a great smoky flavor. Not overwhelmingly smoky, but really good. It really amplifies the grilled flavor of the wings. The sauce has a bit of a chipotle and wing sauce kick, but again, not overwhelming. It’s a very enjoyable sauce. Plucker’s Vampire Killer Wings

True enough, after even the first batch of Plucker’s Vampire Killer wings we no longer had vampires in our home. A little honey and molasses sweetness. A little spicy cayenne. And a WHOLE lot of garlic. You won’t be huntin’ around for the garlic in this wonderful wing sauce. It comes right at you. But it’s not so much that you get a garlic burn. It’s smooooooth and tasty and one of the best wing sauces you can find. So if you love garlic like I do, grab yourself a bottle or two and get to making some wings!

Plucker's Vampire Killer Wings

Garlic. Glorious Garlic. And Lots Of It.

Plucker’s Vampire Killer wing sauce has just the right consistency for wings. Not too thick and not too thin. Like all of Plucker’s wing sauces, which I’ve been enjoying immensely. You don’t want to pass on this sauce if you even remotely like garlic with a little heat and a whole lot of flavor.

Plucker’s Teriyaki Wings

I’ve had a good number of Teriyaki-flavored wings over the year. I’m a big fan of them. Some are more soy-flavored than others. And some are more sweet than others. It’s possible to have too much of both. Plucker’s Teriyaki wing sauce strikes the perfect balance between the Asian-inspired tastes and sweetness. It’s a very pleasant sauce, which seems strange to say, but it is. Every bite of wings covered in this sauce was delicious.

Plucker's Teriyaki Wings

I Can’t Get Enough Of This Sauce

You just can’t go wrong with any of Plucker’s wing sauces. Their Teriyaki wing sauce is just another of the kind of good tasty quality sauce you get from them. They’re finger licking good for sure. So pick up some bottles online or in their restaurants.

Oh, and I think this sauce will be fantastic on the rack of ribs I’m grilling later this week!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

June Moon Honey Mustard Wings

I thought that these June Moon honey mustard wings were absolutely outstanding. I like mustard, but I don’t like it overly… mustardy. This sauce isn’t overbearingly mustardy. Not this sauce, no. It’s spot-on with the right balance of mustard and the sweetness of honey but it’s not crazy sweet either. This is one great experience on a chicken wing, right here. Get some and you’ll be happy too!

June Moon Honey Mustard Wings

Mustardy Goodness without being too Mustardy

June Moon honey mustard wings are a great alternative to your standard, Buffalo-style wings. Mix it up. Do a little of both. This sauce is just the right creamy thickness, with just the right flavor to satisfy anyone. Like their other sauces, June Moon hit this one out of the park!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little sauce dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!

June Moon Nashville Wings

For me, June Moon Nashville wings are like a sweet version of one of my favorite things to eat, Nashville hot chicken. Not quite as spicy as you can get, but packed with plenty of cayenne heat and flavor. Add a bit of honey and brown sugar to tame that heat a bit and offset the earthiness from the pepper. These are mighty good wings, and ones that I enjoyed immensely. I’m a big fan of Nashville hot chicken, and although this isn’t the thick lard-based paste you get on the real thing, this sauce reminds me a lot of the African-inspired dish.

June Moon Nashville Wings

Tremendous Flavor without a lot of Heat

I wasn’t shy with the sauce when I made some June Moon Nashville wings. I sampled the sauce right out of the bottle as soon as I opened it and knew I was in for a treat. So, no messing around. I added some to my right-out-of-the-air-fryer wings and tossed them good. Then I added a bit more and tossed some more. I really enjoyed the heavy cayenne flavor.

Cholula Mexicali Wings

Cholula Original Hot Sauce has long been a favorite of mine. I’ve used it on dishes and on wings for years. That’s why I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw that the folks at Cholula came out with their own pre-made wing sauces. I couldn’t grab them off the shelves at my local market quick enough. The first one I tried, Cholula Mexicali wing sauce, blew me away. This is the perfect just-spicy-enough wing sauce, with just a hint of citrus and cilantro. I could just drink this sauce right out of the bottle.

Cholula Mexicali Wings

This Sauce Is Great On Everything

Cholula Mexicali wing sauce is definitely not just for wings. I use it like a regular hot sauce, on tacos, enchiladas, you name it. I love the citrus and cilantro twist. But on wings, oh, it’s just amazing! And hey, it comes in a cool looking bottle!

Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Wings

Oh sure, I love spicy, hot chicken wings. But I’m also a big fan of more savory wings. In fact, the Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki wings are my wife’s and my favorite. We always order them (though she often opts for the boneless wings while I go for the bone-in versions).

Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Wings

A Long-Time Favorite Of Ours

Buffalo Wild Wings (of course) sells their sauces in their stores. They’re quite reasonably priced, and when you order 3 (or in my case, a lot more than 3) you can get them in this fancy carrying box. I think all of their flavors are available to go, except the current ‘special’ sauce, which is unfortunate because the flavor-of-the-month not too long ago was a crazy good chipotle cherry sting sauce. I’d drink that stuff with a straw. So go get you some Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki wing sauce today!
