It’s perfect on any food, but when you make a Buffalo wing sauce from it you’ve got something wonderful. Slap Ya Mama Hot Sauce Buffalo Wings

  • 3-4 pounds chicken wings flats and drumettes separated, tips saved to make stock

  • Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and whisk well.
  • Bring to a slow simmer and simmer for 3-5 minutes, whisking often.
  • Reduce heat to lowest setting and keep warm until ready to use. Whisk just before using to combine the ingredients if they have separated.
