Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime Dry Wings

The first bite of my Wing Master Mango chile-lime dry wings made me think I was enjoying a big bucket of wings on the beach. Fantastic tropically-inspired flavors made bite-after-bite deliciousness. A hint of fruitiness. A little citrusy lime. And just the right amount of heat. These are great wings with great seasoning.

Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime Dry Wings

I wasn’t shy with the seasoning when I made some Wing Master Mango Chile-Lime dry wings. As soon as the wings were cooked (in an air fryer in this case), I transferred them to a bowl and give them a few good shakes of seasoning while tossing gently. I found the flavors to be wonderfully different. I’m inspired now to find more tropical-like wing flavors!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little sauce dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!

Wing Master Vinegar Wings

Someone over at Pepper Palace (makers of the Wing Master sauce line and whole lot more) had a brilliant idea. Take the traditional Buffalo wing sauce recipe and turn it on it’s head and invent Wing Master Vinegar wings. Usually, Buffalo sauce is based on cayenne pepper sauce and seasonings. Not this one. This vinegar wing sauce is based heavily on vinegar, with cayenne peppers and seasonings added in. The nuance may be small, but the flavor difference is huge. I fell in love with this sauce with the first bite.

Wing Master Vinegar Wings

Wing Master Vinegar wing sauce has a nice middle-of-the-road kick. Not too much, not too little. And oh, that wonderful vinegar flavor. This stuff is great and different and finger-licking good. The tanginess is different. Serve this to your Buffalo wing sauce-loving friends and watch their faces light up!

Pepper Palace makes a ton of great sauces and seasonings, not just for wings. Find a store near you and spend an hour or two wandering the shelves. They always have an area where you can sample sauces and spices, too. It’s like flavor heaven. Instead, if there’s not one near you, take a road trip (it’ll be worth it) or order online.

Wing Master Mango Habanero Wings

For me, going to a Pepper Palace store is like going to Disney World. I walk through the doors and I start to smile like a kid. So many sauces (and other things). I’ve been to several Pepper Palace stores and I’ll be to more to pick up great sauces like their Wing Master Mango Habanero wing sauce. This is a(nother) great sauce, a wonderful combination of sweet mango and spicy habanero, that absolutely delights with each bite!

Wing Master Mango Habanero Wings

I wouldn’t call Pepper Palace’s Wing Master mango habanero wing sauce overly spicy. Oh don’t get me wrong, it’s got some kick. Hey, it does contain habaneros. For me, it was just the right amount of spiciness. I’m not a fan of overly hot sauces that have no flavor. I’m a big fan of this sauce.

Wing Master Sweet Chili Wings

We spent a few days in Sevierville, TN, this summer, enjoying ourselves at the DreamMore resort. Nearby, thankfully, is a Pepper Palace store. Located at The Island, it’s always at the top of my gotta-go-there list. And as always, I backed up the truck and loaded up with a ton of sauces. Including this crazy-good, amazing sauce for Wing Master Sweet Chili wings. It’s different. It’s Buffalo wing sauce inspired, but with a great pepper twist. And a little sweetness. Not very spicy, but it has just a little kick to it. It’s not thick, and it’s not too thin. This is a great wing sauce, and one I would gladly devour again. And again.

Wing Master Sweet Chili Wings

It didn’t take me much of a taste to realize that I wanted Wing Master Sweet Chili wings in my life, that’s for sure. It was the first bottle added to my ‘pile of sauces’ at the checkout counter. And believe me, it was quite the pile!
