Do not fear the word ‘habanero’ in Beef O Brady’s mango habanero wings. Oh, don’t get wrong, it’s a bit spicy, but it’s not going to knock you out. And a whole lot of that heat is offset by what is probably the best mango flavor I’ve had in a wing sauce. There’s no denying that there’s mango. And molasses adds a fantastic sweetness and thickness. This is a wonderful sauce.
A Little Hard to Find…
I’ve found Beef O Brady’s mango habanero wings sauce a bit difficult to find online. I lucked out and found it at Jungle Jim’s International Market outside of Cincinnati, OH. The search is well worth it, so don’t give up if you can’t find it on your first attempt. I believe they also sell their sauces in their restaurants. The combination of heat and sweet and fruit is fantastic and makes for delightful wings!
The Fresh Thyme Wild Buffalo wing sauce is no exception. This sauce is a nice, mellow Buffalo sauce. It’s a mix of great traditional Buffalo wing sauce flavor with a few twists.
