It’s not unusual for me to open some wing sauce, make a batch or two of wings with it, and put the half-full bottle back into the fridge for wings for some later day. Well, I made some Wing It Sweet ‘N Tangy wings and let me tell you, the bottle is getting finished before I move on. This sauce is so dang good no way do I want it sitting around. It’d be rude. Sweet thanks to molasses, tangy thanks to mustard and vinegary, this sauce seems BBQ-like but with so many twists and turns that it’s definitely different and outrageously good. This is easily one of my favorite sauces of any kind.
So Many Flavors In Every Bite
These Wing It Sweet ‘N Tangy wings had a slight hint of heat to them. Not much. And a little Asian-inspiration from soy sauce. Yep, all sorts of things went into this sauce and they all work together perfectly. I so regret not ordering more of this sauce because it will be fantastic on roasted chicken and smoked ribs. Well, time to remedy that and order some more!
