Frank’s RedHot Mild Buffalo Wings

Frank’s RedHot Mild Buffalo wing sauce wings are just flat-out some of the best I’ve ever had. This is the kind of sauce I’d serve at a get-together. Not only would I not have to worry about serving something too spicy for my guests, I’d know without a doubt that everyone would enjoy them. Fantastic classic Buffalo flavor in every single bite. This sauce makes for a great wing experience and is proof that not every Buffalo wing sauce has to be crazy hot.

Frank's RedHot Mild Buffalo Wings

Great Flavor Without A Lot Of Heat

What would make Frank’s RedHot mild Buffalo wing sauce wings better? Yeah, nothing. I wouldn’t change the heat level. I wouldn’t change the flavor. And honestly, any dipping sauce, like Ranch or blue cheese, is purely optional with this sauce in my opinion.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Dry Wings

Oh, wings, glorious wings! I am a big fan of dry (un-sauced) wings. Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic wing seasoning takes dry wings to a whole new place. The spices aren’t overwhelming. You get the garlic. You get the Parmesan. And you get wings. The flavors don’t hide the fact that you’re still eating wings. Heck, if you can’t taste the wings what’s the point? This stuff is fantastic. They made my nice-and-crispy air fryer wings something special.

Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Dry Wings

Great Flavor In Every Bite

I cannot say enough how much I loved Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic dry wings seasoning. I cannot wait to use it on things, too. A whole roasted chicken would be fantastic sprinkled with this dust. Oh, and someone suggested that I try shrimp the same way! The combination of garlic and Parmesan would be fantastic on shrimp or popcorn! What great ideas!

If I am serving my wings with Ranch or blue cheese or some other sauce, I use these little dipping cups. They’re the perfect size for dipping wings, nuggets, tenders and even vegetables. And they’re easy to clean, too!

Rick’s Coffee Burn Dry Wings

I was a bit skeptical about a coffee and chicken. Sure, coffee often finds its way into my beef rubs or sauces, but it’s not something I thought would work so well with chicken wings. Rick’s coffee burn dry wings have so many great flavors it’s impossible to point to just one that makes them taste so great. You taste the coffee, the bouillon, garlic, onion… all of it. And there’s no lack of heat, either. Chipotle powder and jalapeno powder both pack a punch, but like everything else in the rub, they don’t drown out the other flavors.

Rick's Coffee Burn Dry Wings

Dry Wings Are Always A Win

I’m a huge fan of dry rubbed wings. Sauced wings are fantastic too. But you have to be careful that the sauce doesn’t become the only star of the show. You don’t want to hide the seasoning and the chicken. Rick’s coffee burn dry wings let me taste of all of the spices, and still I taste chicken. If you can’t taste the chicken, what’s the point?

I like to make my spice, rub and seasoning mixes in big batches and keep them in large bottles with easy-to-pour shaker lids.

Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar Dry Wings

The bottle says right on it, in big letters, ‘Salt and Vinegar’. It’s no fib, either. No false advertising there. Nothing but truth. Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar wing seasoning brings the salt and vinegar. Don’t open it and stick your nose in and take a big whiff unless you’re prepared for the vinegar, because it’s coming.

Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar Wings

The Perfect Combination of Salt and Vinegar

I usually only season my dry wings after cooking. But for extra flavor, try tossing the raw wings with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and then season well. Cook as desired, then season more just before serving.

This is my first time using a seasoning from Buffalo Wild Wings. I loved the flavor for sure. Good thing I bought a bottle of each of their available flavors to try!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper Dry Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper wing seasoning makes for some of the best dry wings I’ve ever had. The lemon isn’t too overpowering. The pepper is good and strong, like I like it, but also not overwhelmingly peppery. All I had to do was cook up some naked wings (I nothing on them before they cooked) and then toss them with a good amount of rub. Wow, what great wings these were!

Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper Dry Wings

More is Better

Don’t be shy with the Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper wing seasoning. It’s very good stuff. Put it on the wings right after they cook, while they’re still hot. The moist wings give a place for the seasoning to ‘stick’ so you don’t have to worry it all falling to the bottom of your plate. You’ll get plenty in each and every bite!

Make sure you seal your wing seasonings well after using. You don’t want any moisture sneaking in. This Buffalo Wild Wings seasoning comes in a shaker bottle that seals perfectly!

Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce Wings

It says it right there on the label of Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper wing sauce: “with Bright Citrus”. What does that mean, you might ask? It means when you take that first bite of wings tossed in the sauce you’ll get a big ole hit of lemon citrus. There’s no missing it. No mistaking it. It’s citrus and it’s citrus big time. Oh, there’s pepper too, but the citrus is up front and jumps out first. I found this to be a different, tasty sauce. And somewhat unexpected.

Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper Wings

Delightfully Citrusy

You won’t confuse Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper wing sauce with their wing seasoning that I use to make tremendous dry wings. The citrus flavor really distinguishes it from anything else I’ve tried. I can see it being excellent on grilled chicken breasts or fish, and as a marinade for either.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Buffalo Wild Wings Jammin’ Jalapeno Wing Sauce Wings

Where have I been that I haven’t tried Buffalo Wild Wings Jammin’ Jalapeno wing sauce? I mean, dang I love this sauce! Just a bit spicy (perfectly so). A hint of lime (but not too lime-y!). And just a bit of Tequila (not much but it adds a little something). I truly enjoyed this sauce, it’s one of my all-time store-bought favorites. If you’re looking for something different, something that stands out from your ‘usual’ Buffalo wing sauce, this sauce is for you.

Buffalo Wild Wings Jammin' Jalapeno Wings

Great Sauces, Grab yourself Some!

This wing sauce is just one of the sauces I picked up at my local BW3 the other day. I admit it, I backed up the truck and bought one of each. And all of their wing seasonings too. There’s just no point in picking up one or two. There are wings to make. This isn’t the time to dilly dally.

Needless to say, you’ll be seeing a lot more BW3s posts here soon.

Buffalo Wild Wings Orange Chicken Wing Sauce Wings

My wife and I slipped off to lunch at one of our nearby Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants the other day. I say slipped because well, I might have taken longer than my allotted lunch break time. Oh well! If I get fired it’ll be worth it because our service and wings were delicious! And while we were there I decided to see what new sauces and seasonings there were, and of course, grab a few bottles to take home with me. The first one I had to try was the Buffalo Wild Wings Orange Chicken wing sauce. We both loved this sauce. It’s not overly orange-forward. It’s there, you get the orange flavor and aroma, but it’s not overwhelming. I’d call it a mild orange flavor. Ditto the heat. There, but not overpowering. The sauce is a bit sweet, but again, not too sweet. It’s a nice pleasant sauce that we both found to be quite enjoyable.

Buffalo Wild Wings Orange Chicken Wings

A Kiss of Orange

Buffalo Wild Wings Orange Chicken wing sauce is exactly what I expect from BW3s. A great sauce and at a great price. We enjoyed our lunch in the restaurant too. If there’s one near you I encourage you to join their rewards program and pick up some sauces and seasonings the next time you’re there.

Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Dry Wings

Oh yum. Buffalo seasoning. Just the right amount of classic flavors, with a hint of butter. In a powder! Woo hoo! Boy, this is finger-licking good stuff, here. I’m a huge fan of ‘dry’ wings. These Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo dry wings (try saying that 10 times fast!) are amazingly great and definitely one of my favorite dusted wings. If you’ve never tried dry wings, now is the time. Honestly, I hadn’t heard of them until just a few years ago and now I make or order them all of the time.

Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Dry Wings

A Good Seasoning for all Seasons

Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo seasoning is definitely not just for chicken wings, although there’s no doubting that it’s spectacular on them! Sprinkle it on popcorn. Crackers. Grilled chicken. Burgers. Anything that needs a buttery Buffalo kick.

Make sure you seal your wing seasonings well after using. You don’t want any moisture sneaking in. This dust comes in shaker bottles that seal perfectly!

SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy Wing Sauce Wings

I was scrolling through my Facebook feed, which consists of literally thousands of pictures of grills and food (don’t judge!) when I came across an ad for wing sauces for a sports bar and restaurant in south Philadelphia called SouthHouse. I’ve been to Philadelphia, but I’d never been to SouthHouse. The picture of their house-made wing sauces definitely caught my eye. They looked fresh, hand-crafted and yummy. So I ordered some.

There’s Nothing But Good In This Sauce

The first sauce I tried was the Sweet and Spicy. Let me tell you, this is one crazy-good wing sauce. It reminds me a bit of Meijer’s Sweet Chili wing sauce, but with more heat. And it reminds me a bit of Quaker Steak and Lube’s Thai ‘R Cracker wing sauce, but with fresh ingredients. It’s thick, but not too thick. And I loved it. It is delicious. And its finger-licking good. It is moan-while-you-eat good.

SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy Wings

A Great Sauce To Keep On Hand At All Times

I can definitely see SouthHouse Sweet and Spicy wing sauce finding its way onto just about anything I pull off the grill. It’ll be amazing on ribs. Fantastic on grilled or roasted chicken. And delicious as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders or nuggets. This sauce is definitely a favorite of mine.
