Nuclear physics is hard. Brain surgery is hard. Figuring out that Plucker’s Manganero wing sauce is a combination of fruity mango and spicy habanero is not hard. It’s a great wing sauce for sure, like every other sauce I’ve tried from Plucker’s.
It’s not too spicy. You can still tasty the wonderful mango flavor. That’s a plus for me. Too often you’re hunting for that star flavor only to find it drowned out by the kick from spicy peppers.
Fruity Heat. That’s A Great Thing.
I picked up eighteen different bottles of wing sauce from Plucker’s. It’s a wing restaurant based out of Austin, Texas. Every single sauce, like Plucker’s manganero wings sauce, has been fantastic. So many different exciting flavors. I’d better get to making more wings!
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
