SouthHouse is a restaurant/pub in the south part of Philadelphia. I’ve never been there, but that didn’t stop me from ordering a few bottles of their wing sauces. I had to. They looked fantastic, like they’re made with real ingredients, with care. And they are. The Buffalo wing sauce looks amazing just sitting in the bottle. Little yummy things floating around, destined for greatness on a big ole batch of homemade wings.
SouthHouse’s Buffalo wing sauce isn’t too spicy, I’d say it’s just right. A nice little kick, but nothing crazy spicy. It isn’t too thin or thick, it’s what I’d call a ‘normal’ consistency, perfect for wings. And critical for me, it’s not too vinegary. I thought it was a great all-around Buffalo wing sauce, worthy of the name and a great nod to the classic.favorite bottled wing sauces.
