I am a big fan of the Private Selection (Kroger’s premium brand) line of wing sauces. I’ve tried them all and I love them all! The Private Selection Hawaiian Pineapple wings sauce is no exception. It’s a wonderful combination of pineapple, coconut and just a hint of heat. It’s as if you were chowing down on wings in the tropics! I like this sauce not only because it tastes so good but also because it’s different. It’s not like what I usually find on chicken wings.
A Great Sauce, Great On Everything!
Private Selection Hawaiian Pineapple wings sauce isn’t just a great sauce for wings, either. It’s great for dipping shrimp and chicken nuggets too! And I think it’d be great on a rack of smoked or grilled ribs for sure!
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
Also try some Private Selection hot Mandarin wings!
