We spent a few days in Sevierville, TN, this summer, enjoying ourselves at the DreamMore resort. Nearby, thankfully, is a Pepper Palace store. Located at The Island, it’s always at the top of my gotta-go-there list. And as always, I backed up the truck and loaded up with a ton of sauces. Including this crazy-good, amazing sauce for Wing Master Sweet Chili wings. It’s different. It’s Buffalo wing sauce inspired, but with a great pepper twist. And a little sweetness. Not very spicy, but it has just a little kick to it. It’s not thick, and it’s not too thin. This is a great wing sauce, and one I would gladly devour again. And again.

One of the great things about visiting a Pepper Palace store is that you get to sample the sauces (and other things, like salsas) before you buy. It didn’t take me much of a taste to realize that I wanted Wing Master Sweet Chili wings in my life, that’s for sure. It was the first bottle added to my ‘pile of sauces’ at the checkout counter. And believe me, it was quite the pile!
