Cholula Original Hot Sauce has long been a favorite of mine. I’ve used it on dishes and on wings for years. That’s why I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw that the folks at Cholula came out with their own pre-made wing sauces. I couldn’t grab them off the shelves at my local market quick enough. The first one I tried, Cholula Mexicali Wing Sauce, blew me away. This is the perfect just-spicy-enough wing sauce, with just a hint of citrus and cilantro. I could just drink this sauce right out of the bottle.
Cholula Mexicali Wing Sauce is definitely not just for wings. I use it like a regular hot sauce, on tacos, enchiladas, you name it. I love the citrus and cilantro twist. But on wings, oh, it’s just amazing! And hey, it comes in a cool looking bottle!
