Croix Valley Tequila Lime Wings is different. It’s rather unlike most wings sauces. In a way it kind of reminded me of a few Thai chili wing sauces I’ve tried, but only in a way. It’s a little on the sweet side (I mean that in a good way). There are hints of tequila and lime that add a bit of a tang. It has a little bit of jalapeno but it’s not spicy. The flavor, though, oh! This is crazy delicious sauce. I could not stop licking my fingers. I wanted more sauce. More!
Croix Valley Tequila Lime wings are just flat-out enjoyable. Like their other sauces, this is a quality sauce. Good stuff is in the bottle. Yes, bottle. Glass. No plastic here. This is what makes a good sauce better. I’d buy and use this sauce again and again without hesitation.
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
