For the sauce 8 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ cup Frank's RedHot Original Hot Sauce For the wings 3-4 pounds chicken wings flats and drumettes separated, tips saved to make stock
For the sauce To make the sauce, combine the butter, garlic powder and hot sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk until melted.
Keep warm until ready to use.
