The Dirty Buffalo Margarita Buffalo Wing Sauce Wings

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick spray. Preheat per manufacturer's recommendation to 350 F.
  • Lightly salt the wings on all sides.
  • Add the wings to the basket (be careful it's hot!).
  • Cook wings for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and cook another 12 minutes.
  • Increase the air fryer temperature to 400 F and cook another 6 minutes.
  • Remove wings from fryer and place in a bowl. Toss with the sauce. Click here for our guide on how to sauce wings.
  • Remove wings from the bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Note: If your wing sauce is refrigerated, set it out on the countertop before starting the wings so that it warms up a bit. You don't want to put cold sauce on hot wings.
Note: The full 30 minute cook time is for large, meaty wings. If your wings are a bit thinner (er... scrawny) back the times down to 10/10/4 minutes instead of 12/12/6 minutes.
