For the wings

chicken wings
flats and drumettes separated, tips saved to
make stock
For the sauce
½
cup
your favorite BBQ sauce
use an un-flavored old school sauce

cup
Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
more or less, to taste
Instructions
For the sauce
Note: If you are using a refrigerated BBQ sauce you will want to warm it slightly in a microwave or on the stovetop first.
Combine both ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
For the wings
Cook wings as desired.
