Baked Spicy Buffalo Ranch Wings
Use a hotter hot sauce for more kick.

Combine all ingredients except for the wings in a large bowl.
Add the wings and turn to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray well with non-stick spray.
Transfer wings to the baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.
Turn on broiler and broil wings until lightly charred and crunchy. Do not leave wings unattended while under the broiler. Keep a close eye on them.
Remove and serve.
