For the wings
- 3-4 pounds chicken wings flats and drumettes separated, tips saved to make stock
For the sauce
Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Remove from heat and keep at room temperature while your wings cook.
Stir just before using.
