I love the Private Selection (Kroger’s premium brand) line of wing sauces. Each one has been fantastic, and believe me I’ve tried them all. The Private Selection Thai Chili wings sauce is no exception. It’s a wonderful combination of garlic and very mild chile peppers. It packs a very, very light punch and brings a good bit of sweetness.
Kroger Private Selection Thai Chili wings sauce isn’t just a great sauce for wings, either. It’s great for dipping shrimp and chicken nuggets too!
I recommend that you don’t be shy with this sauce on your wings. Usually I go kinda light, but I love this stuff so much I went big and didn’t stop.
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
