Plucker’s Hot Buffalo Wings

It’s from Plucker’s, so I knew this sauce would be amazing. And the bottle does say ‘hot’ on it, so I knew this sauce would be spicy. The key to a great wing sauce is to balance the spicy with flavor, and this hot Buffalo wing sauce does that perfectly. Yeah, it brings some heat, but it tastes so good and that’s critical. No one wants a crazy hot sauce that doesn’t take great. This one tastes great.

Plucker's Hot Buffalo Wings

Even if you’re not really into super spicy wing sauces, I think you’ll like Plucker’s hot Buffalo wing sauce. Sure, it has a kick. But if you go light on it, I think you’ll love your wings. Hey, do like I did and have some cool Ranch or blue cheese dressing on hand if necessary.

The Fresh Thyme Wild Buffalo wing sauce is no exception. This sauce is a nice, mellow Buffalo sauce. It’s a mix of great traditional Buffalo wing sauce flavor with a few twists.

Plucker’s Sesame Wings

The fine folks at Plucker’s have done it to me again. They went and made yet another dream-worthy wing sauce that I just cannot get enough of: Plucker’s Sesame wings sauce. This time it’s an Asian-inspired sauce with a hint of teriyaki and sesame oil. Neither flavor is overwhelming, but balanced perfectly. Sesame oil can definitely be too strong for me, but this sauce nailed it perfectly. This is one of the best wing sauces I’ve had. There’s no way I can tell you how good this sauce is without crying tears of happiness. Just the memory of these wings makes my day.

Plucker's Sesame Wings

Plucker’s Sesame wing sauce is just the right thickness, too. No pools of sauce at the bottom of the plate here. Come to think of it, no sauce on my fingers either. Ok, that’s because I licked them.

This would also make for a fantastic dipping sauce for nuggets. Or slather it on a grilled or smoked rack of ribs for a fantastic Asian-inspired dinner.

Plucker’s Spicy Mandarin Wings

Now this is different. Take a bite of Plucker’s Spicy Mandarin wing sauce and you’ll instantly taste orange and soy sauce. Not overwhelming flavors, but you won’t go hunting for them, that’s for sure. This is a nice change from the sweet chili or teriyaki sauce Asian-inspired wing sauces you usually find. Not that there’s anything wrong with those.

Plucker's Spicy Mandarin Wings

I picked up eighteen different bottles of wing sauce from Plucker’s. It’s a wing restaurant based out of Austin, Texas. Every single sauce, like Plucker’s spicy mandarin wings sauce, has been fantastic. So many different exciting flavors in bottle after bottle. And it’s all quality stuff, too! I’d better get to making more wings!

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Plucker’s Jamango Jerk Wings

What an enjoyable experience it is, sitting down to a big ole batch of wings covered in Plucker’s Jamango Jerk wing sauce. Kind of like a Caribbean BBQ sauce, you get mild mango flavor, a little heat, and just the right amount of jerk seasoning flavor. That’s important for me because jerk seasoning, when applied heavily, can be a bit much for me because of the allspice. This sauce has just the perfect amount.

Plucker's Jamango Jerk Wings

Plucker’s Jamango Jerk wings sauce is another one of my top favorite sauces. But it’s not just for wings, that’s for sure. It’s fantastic slathered on grilled chicken. And absolutely great on smoked ribs. Anywhere you normally might use a store-bought BBQ sauce, use this wing sauce instead.

Remember that if you refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Plucker’s Honey BBQ Wings

I bit my finger when I ate my lunchtime wings tossed with Plucker’s honey BBQ wings sauce. Yes, I was eating the wings so fast that my finger got in the way. I was blinded by wing love and must have thought, hey, that looks a bit like a drummette, let’s try that! And it was good! Ok, I’m sort of kidding, but man what a great sauce this is! It’s on the sweet side (the honey in the name gives it away). Not really any heat to speak of. But oh, oh, it’s soooo good!

Pluckers Honey BBQ Wings

Plucker’s honey BBQ wing sauce would be absolutely outstanding on just about anything. Just because it says ‘wing’ on the label doesn’t mean that’s all it’s good for. If you’re looking for a truly amazing sweet BBQ sauce, this is it.

Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Plucker’s Manganero Wings

Nuclear physics is hard. Brain surgery is hard. Figuring out that Plucker’s Manganero wing sauce is a combination of fruity mango and spicy habanero is not hard. It’s a great wing sauce for sure, like every other sauce I’ve tried from Plucker’s.

It’s not too spicy. You can still tasty the wonderful mango flavor. That’s a plus for me. Too often you’re hunting for that star flavor only to find it drowned out by the kick from spicy peppers.

Plucker’s Hallelujah Wings

Hallelujah is right! You’ll be praising this wing sauce from Plucker’s just like I did as soon as I took my first taste. It’s not fancy, but oh is it ever a great combination of Sriracha and BBQ sauce. A little heat, and a little Asian-inspiration, and a little smoke all in a nice tomato-based sauce make for finger-lickingly good wings. Plucker’s Hallelujah wings are fantastic!

Plucker's Hallelujah Wings

Plucker’s Hallelujah wings sauce is also great on grill ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. Don’t be shy with it. And don’t worry about it running off your food either. It has the right consistency. It sticks just right no matter what you put it on. No sauce lakes on your plate from this sauce, that’s for sure!

Plucker’s Maple Chipotle Wings

Sometimes a wing sauce comes along that makes me re-think my choices for my all-time favorites. Plucker’s Maple Chipotle wings sauce is sooooo good that I instantly knew this one was rocketing to the top of my list. It’s the perfect combination of warm, sweet maple with just the right amount of smoky spiciness. It’s beyond finger-licking good, so much so that i’s flat-out drinkable right out of the bottle!

Plucker's Maple Chipotle Wings

I really can’t get over just how much I love Plucker’s Maple Chipotle wings sauce. I’m going to have to order more because I know that this sauce will also be fantastic on any grilled pork dish. Chicken too, but a slab of grilled or smoked ribs slathered in this sauce would be amazing. Plus, I need some more sauce for my wings, too!

Remember that if you refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.

Plucker’s Medium Buffalo Wings

If you’re not a fan of Buffalo wing sauce, then I recommend you give it a second chance and try Plucker’s medium Buffalo sauce. If you are a fan, then this sauce is a must-taste-and-soon. This is what great Buffalo wings are about. It has the perfect balance between vinegar and spice. It’s not spicy (to me), but it does have a slight kick (according to my spicy-fearing wife). The flavor is perfect. I could eat wings covered in this sauce all day long.

Plucker's Medium Buffalo Wings

I try to avoid saying something is the ‘best I’ve ever had’, because sure enough, something seems to come along that might be a little better. I’m crazy near saying that Plucker’s medium Buffalo wings sauce is the best medium Buffalo wing sauce I’ve ever had. I think Plucker’s hit it out of the park on this one, as they do on many of their sauces. This is a star.

Plucker’s Baker’s Gold Wings

Apparently, some of the staff working at Plucker’s came up with the recipe for Baker’s Gold wing sauce. Well, hats off to them for coming up with something totally different! Baker’s Gold is (I think!) a combination of two great BBQ sauces: a smoky ketchup-based sauce like a KC BBQ sauce, and a spicy mustard vinegar-based sauce, such as you’d find in the Carolinas. Heck, why make two different batches of wings with two different BBQ sauces when you can have them both in a single one! Boom!
