The bottle says right on it, in big letters, ‘Salt and Vinegar’. It’s no fib, either. No false advertising there. Nothing but truth. Buffalo Wild Wings’ Salt and Vinegar wing seasoning brings the salt and vinegar. Don’t open it and stick your nose in and take a big whiff unless you’re prepared for the vinegar, because it’s coming.
I usually only season my dry wings after cooking. But for extra flavor, try tossing the raw wings with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and then season well. Cook as desired, then season more just before serving.
This is my first time using a seasoning from Buffalo Wild Wings. I loved the Salt and Vinegar flavor for sure. Good thing I bought a bottle of each of their available flavors to try!favorite bottled wing seasonings.
