I’m not sure what happened. Something came over me when I was making the sauce for these spicy herb and garlic wings. The aroma was crazy good. My mouth was watering. I was so anxious to try it on wings. Though I admit to having quite a few ‘samples’ of the sauce as the wings cooked…. This stuff is great. Savory, herby, garlicky with just the perfect amount of heat.

There’s absolutely nothing I’d change about these spicy herb and garlic wings. I really liked them. If you aren’t a fan of heat, you can definitely leave out the cayenne. But I liked it. It’s not overpowering by any stretch. And of course you can add more, or use less.
You’ll enjoy these wings as much as I did.
