The desert heat wing seasoning from Buffalo Wild Wings makes for some of the best dry wings you’ve ever had. Sure, you can use it as a seasoning on wet wings too. I’m such a fan of dry wings that that’s how I prefer it. Time and time again. A little (ok, a good bit of) spiciness combines with a wonderful smokiness that makes these wings fantastic.

I season my wings with Buffalo Wild Wings desert heat wing seasoning before I cook them and after they’re done. If I’m deep frying the wings I’ll mix the seasoning in with the flour mixture first. I am pretty heavy-handed with the seasoning before and after the wings are cooked. I really like this stuff.
