Oh, how I love Brownwood Farms Slatherin’ wings sauce. I’m not always a big mustard-sauce fan, some are a bit too mustardy for me. But not this sauce. This is spot-on great mustard flavor here. And all in a nice and creamy sauce with just a bit of spiciness. It’s a rich, deeply flavored sauce that makes for the perfect batch of wings.
I can’t wait to make another batch of wings and toss them with Brownwood Farms Slatherin’ wings sauce. And, I also cannot wait to slather this sauce on grilled chicken breasts, or better, a whole grilled spatch-cocked chicken. I can also see this sauce on a future grilled or smoked rack of ribs. Along with great flavor, this sauce has the perfect consistency so I don’t have to worry about it not sticking to my next grilled dish!
Remember that if you have to refrigerate your open bottle of wing sauce to let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before using. You don’t want to ‘shock’ hot, just-cooked wings with a cold sauce.
